Ive just learnt how to calculate the NPV properly today, based on something I researched.
So the new NPV I've calculated on a gold price of $1762
New NPV at manica is $94.5 million. That's an increase of 125%
Anyone here with more experience get the same.?

Gixxer, I think the problem is with the transportation companies and the well being of the drivers. There are no facilities at the border by the sounds of it and it's an uncomfortable wait for the drivers. Plus they would have to quarantine for two weeks after each journey.
It's not practical for the transportation companies.
As much as I would love them to crack on and get it built, it's just not practical at the moment.

Two extra sources of production in 2-3 month time sounded good to me.

Hard rock from fairbride is likely end of year or even Q1 2020 depending on when they can start moving the equipment. Colin said the equipment is basically done we just have to wait till we can move it.

Also SA government will be looking at the possibility of changing the alert level on the 30th of June, 4 days time. It's possible restrictions may be eased further.

Morning all, I've just read a piece of information regarding the alert level In SA. As of June 1 SA entered alert level 3 and business travel was permitted.
I'm assuming moving mining equipment will be classed as business travel or cargo, therefore I don't believe anything is ristricting the delivery of the equipment other than longer delays at the border and also the person's moving the equipment may have to isolate for 14days. Then again I can't see every truck driver isolating every time they cross the border to deliver something.
It would be nice to get an update when the equipment is delivered or they expect this.

It is possible, I don't know the legal requirements regarding 6 months from the date of the 20th December. Maybe the 19th was the first available date to sell. Anyone else here hazard a guess? Is it done on a monthly basis or is certain amount of days?
It said on the RNS 6 months from the date of issue which was 20/12/19, so I would assume the 20/06/20 would be the first available selling date.

Have a look back at the RNS's I'm sure from memory it is 20% 6-12 months after then 50% 12-24 months after the contract signed and then 100% after that.

Last year's alluvial income at today's gold price comes to approximately £1.77m. last year's operating expenses were £1.8m. so for this reason I don't expect a raise unless it is to cover exploration!

Good news is KPZ have held off selling their 20% for now. I think a raise is unlikely for the next few months but if the hard rock revenue or another revenue stream doesn't show up in 6 months then I would expect a raise then.

I've been doing some digging into the border between SA and Mozambique, I have discovered there is still one border remaining open which is only open to cargo. I can't see anywhere that says essential cargo only. It could well be possible that the mining equipment is still able to cross the border albeit there is a couple of days wait to cross.

On another subject, gold is looking strong again.
