Please provide some facts Simms. You’ve mentioned a (hostile?) takeover several times now. What is your basis for this and why do you think the majority shareholders will suddenly decide to sell? Or do you think this will be an internal power struggle?

Usually this board deals with sensible discussion based on facts, some speculation of course but then people tend to use words like; perhaps, maybe, could, imo……

Indeed. Historically MM’s have used options uptake to hammer the SP downwards for about a week. Hopefully we can stay above 15 when the markets close on Friday.

To confirm:

Electrical installation is planned to start in a little over 19 weeks. Main transformer (this is effectively the sub-station yes?) has been purchased and due for install sometime q3. Enatrel to make the 200m spur connection sometime H2/26. No mention of a sub-station for their works hence my assumption.

I imagine that as soon as the transformer has a rock solid ship date that DB and the team will be working with Enatrel to get the cable laid.

Personally, I imagine commissioning will start the back end of Q3 but have no solid reasoning, just a gut feel and having experienced how efficient DB and the team are

I don’t think Auinspired was suggesting an action or lobby group but a collective means of communication.

The various ‘views’ expressed on this board are usually a result of speculation and subjective thinking. Mostly manifest from the fear people feel about the security of their investment.

As a shareholder I have a right to ask questions of the board and to expect an answer. Let’s face it, if we knew when drilling had stopped/started at Dupax, if samples have been sent and if so when then a lot of the speculative doom and gloom of late would be redundant. This isn’t inside information in my opinion, the results are of course which, as I personally don’t need TR status, I would not expect to be privy to.

I think it would be a very good idea auinspired and one I would like to be a part of. How do you see it moving forward? Happy to pay the premium to LSE for private messaging.

Doesn’t matter if the Royal Family pay iht or not. Property, jewels etc are owned by the Crown. Profits go to the Treasury so the nation benefits.

I imagine King Charles private assets, companies etc are subject to the same governance as everyone else.

Now all we have to concern ourselves with is, did the samples get sent before the lockdown/in, are they still intact or perhaps they got damaged, did the cores go to Canada and now it’s 8 weeks etc etc.

Never a dull moment with MTL. If the SP actually reflected a fair value today I’m sure we could find something else to spook ourselves with.

I found the Oak Bloke article excellent - it helped to remind me of just how undervalued we are at the moment and as we move towards Q4 the upward trend should continue.

The price rises here by 8% and every other post has a rocket theme. Ffs, the spread sits at 10-20% most of the time - not too difficult to work out who here is actually making money.

It always seems that the MM’s drag the price down at every small sell and need continued (large spread) buying to give gains. I’ve given up trying to guess how the wider market views us because these volatile pull backs give a false impression and create panic.

Tikitaki - I’m disappointed with the MCAP because it’s out of kilter with the FCF and fundamentals at play. However, continued large sells and a few unforeseen set backs have simply kept us pegged back for the past 6 months so we haven’t been able to enjoy the rise other miners have. That will change in 26 imo.

I would suggest that buying shares 19 years ago in a company that was unwilling (incapable?) of building a mine is of no relevance to the MTL MCAP whatsoever. Had you bought MTL many years ago then you would be as satisfied as other lths are with the turnaround and its ability to realise your 19 year old assets as a result. More bagging to be had and I’m pretty sure a surprise or two from DB to help the SP

What are people’s thoughts on Dupax. Assuming positive results which RNS would have better impact in the market - pre-xmas or Q1/26.
