If they agree refinancing with MA, it will be a good news. This may help them survive brexit and poor consumer sentiment! I hope that happens before its too late!

Just over 2 weeks left before Xmas trading update will be out. 3p before result and then 1p and below after. Debs dont need to do anything.. Market will take care of them..

Share price falling steadily similar to the way they fell from 8p to 4.5p in the past... Looks like it may go below 4p! By the way, others are up but this dog is showing no sign of going up... If they do not go above 5p today, then look for 3p..

From 3p, it should not take very long to trade below 1p LOL!

Shares slumped from 9p to 4p after the result and these i-d-i-ts have been only watching and done nothing to win investors confidence. Now they are planning to do the same till they go bust... They should now know they are bankrupt and should urgenlty look for someone who can buy their business even if it is for £1.

Both high street and online is struggling means with current climate Debs cannot survive thats 100% guaranteed! They now need to get help from Mike Ashley even if it will be embarrassing for them .. But rather than being selfish, If the board think about their staffs and the business, they need to find funds somehow within the next two weeks as after Xmas trading update, they wont be around..

dont know how you have worked out 4.2p is bottom for Debs, but 3p is definitely on the cards. They went down almost 10% just on Asos profit warning. Imagine Deb's share price would be when they issue their own ! When the market is sure that company is going to go bust, the share price will eventually reflect that...

It's not worth it... Debs Xmas trading update will be the worst, it's guaranteed! So don't fool yourself with that. Now chances of survival is very slim if no one intends to buy Debs. If Debs borrow more from shareholder or profit is reduced they will be downgraded further according to Moody's which will make them 99% bankrupt. I think Debs game is almost over if no one make takeover offer. With Debt at £300 million, I doubt anyone would... sorry but Debs need to go..

Due to bad weather, footfall has fallen on High street during peak Xmas times! Deb's need to take emergency measures now if they really want to survive.. Perhaps go back to Ashley and agree some better deal that is good for both! At the end of the day, he is the largest shareholder and no point in upsetting him!

can you guys discuss something new... At the moment, all you are doing is reading old stories and assuming too much which is a clear sign of poor investors! You need to grow up and see your balance sheet...Bottom line is Debs wont survive. Deb's were desperate for £40 million but only refused only because of terms attached! Therefore its clear they are struggling.

Ashley almost declared Debenham's bankrupt, therefore its not just you almost everyone thinking the same! Unless something good news comes from Debenham this weekend, even sub 3p will be guaranteed next week. Deb was lucky to stay above 5p but it was never showing sign of going up! Debs chances of survival now looks 1%. Shocking Jan update will be definitely make it 0%. However, as Ashley is against Deb's board and vice versa, I am sure Deb's board will make every effort to turn around the business to slap Ashley on his face for damaging them further with his sensitive comments.

Lets see who wins..... Shareholders or Ashley!

Good move! Assuming Debs dont fall below 5.1p, this looks ready to rise. Retail investors cannot do much with share price rise from shares... but need big institutions to buy..

Its not a bargain price.. If it was share price should have been above 6p today!. Instead finished back to 5.45p where its been holding for a while. Dont know what game Ashley is playing, but it is good to Debs in many ways :
1> Ashley now looks desperate to buy Debs. Probably he has now learned the lesson from HOF that buying Debs after administration will be the worse things to do as apparently he is losing £3 million per week on HOF..
2> Someone else may possibly make an offer thinking Ashley is after them.
3> If (2) happens, then both (1) & (2) will have fierce competition to buy Debs..

Debs need (2) to happen for share price to rapidly recover..

no bad.. but its not looking good for Voda... Mainly because TPG merger and Liberty buying not going well

Debs are desperate for large cash.. Ashley tried to help with small but they declined. I hope either he comes back with big amount otherwise I cannot see how Debs will pay cash to their suppliers!
