They did not name Ocado but they did say automated warehouse! Its absolutely crazy for the market to react so badly on this news.. Shorter were long waiting for those news and finally got it to increase their short positions.. You need to take good from bad... The good thing is cheap share price which gives you more buying opportunities at a lower price or to top up to average it down!

There isn't any news . Its most likely shorter closing part of their position. Hence the sudden rise. It may go back to 17's again or stay at 18p resistance if it holds this time!

All we need is new CFC contracts. Trading statement can wait..

No trading update tomorrow as far as I can see on investor calendar on Ocado. However they did provide trading update last year September but don't know why not this year on September. Its best to email the IR and find out

Just on an unconfirmed news, this share has fallen too much.. Looks way oversold now. Hopefully share price will start to recover from today!

You can buy today at 17's later on when share price will below 18p! Today's rise is temporary , it will be back to 17's and probably below 17's after US market open!

You should never buy on a 1st day of huge fall after result is released!.. Unfortunately, there is another broker who cut the price target today.. So we are now on a free fall! With downgraded outlook yesterday, this share will continue to fall and it will be hard to predict where this will end!

I did warn you several times before the result , I hope some of you took actions! Some of you who haven't will be coming out with a huge loss out of desperation! Anyway, we are not now far away from hitting 16p target! Once 19p resistance is broken, next resistance will be at 16p!

This is another worst set of result I have ever seen from Martin! He is trying to give himself time by saying 2nd half will be better , but look at his past guidance he never met those and will certainly not meet it again. However, provided he does not cut outlook in the future 19p price range will be a very good buy!

Mixed result . He has cut annual revenue forecast which is very bad but maintained profit guidance and also reaffirmed that there will be improved performance in second half..

Looks like no news for s4Capital during this weekend... I hope its good for s4capital...

Here is how they performed over the past 2 years!

2023 - Revenue down by 5.4% , net loss of £6 million loss

2024 - Revenue down by 16.1% , net loss of £306.9 million

Q1 2025 - Revenue down again by 12.2%, but expects stronger performance in the second half of 2025..

Constant revenue down , losses widening which mean debt should be getting higher. If they do not maintain full year guidance and show improvements this time, its going to disastrous for the company and employees!

No Doubt, Martin is very intelligent. But he need to produce good returns by considering what he can get most out of his investments on technologies. Constant revenue decline made his one time £4.5 billion company to just £140 million and share price trading on 20's range..

I hope delivers this time at least for the sake of his employees!

Very smart move... Its never worth a risk before the result especially on a small cap or AIM stocks! This result will finally prove Martin's capability. He has been so far been blaming macroeconomic, geopolitical tensions and clients not spending ! In the previous quarter, he said there will be improvements in second half of 2025. Lets see what new excuses he comes with this time!

So currently market thinks that this company is overvalued at 23p and hence never closed above that price! Monday will be the most significant day for the share price and market will react based on the following update :

1) Evidence that the expected second-half recovery is on track after a weak start to the year

2) Signs of improved performance in the Technology Services segment, which experienced a steep decline in the first quarter.

3) Management's outlook for the remainder of 2025 and whether they remain confident in their full-year targets.

If we see one of them on a red signal, share price will tank badly..

30% drop on Monday from today's close ( estimated at 22p) will be just below 16p! I hope Martin got something good news on the 15th September for long term holders..
