Looks like the holding company provided security for Euro 96m loan notes recently (check companies house) so appear to have significant worth/ability to raise funds. In addition they are planning to IPO this year (see RNS) so again funds to spend

Some concern expressed as to why CFO left - in my view if there was something dodgy the company would have ensured that he left with immediate effect- however it appears he was asked to stay on until the end of September. RNS states ‘despite his immediate resignation, Williams had committed to assisting the company until the end of September in a bid to ensure a seamless shift in leadership’.

Simon Paull, Managing Director of Castillo Copper, commented: "The preliminary findings from the drilling campaign are quite remarkable, as over 200m of carbonaceous siltstone and schist, exhibiting occurrences of base metal sulphides and fine-grained graphite mineralisation, was intersected. This is an exciting development, particularly given strong prevailing demand for battery related minerals such as copper, cobalt, and graphite. The Board looks forward to reviewing the assay results and remains committed to continued drilling at the Arya Prospect."
