The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
True, lots of targets already on their licenses. Think Bernard is quite a Davy operator so will look to increase that whilst it's quiet. Labs seem quite slow (and these guys are considered the most efficient about). Hopefully not too much longer.
Great week, looks like we're back on track. Barely any selling - buys easily pushing us up, seems like the easy stock has gone. As mentioned below, sticky hands not off-loading, likely just a few inpatient PIs over the last couple of months. We've got 5,000m+ worth of assays to come in. That'll be at least 4-6 batches worth and more drilling updates too - that alone are 2 months worth of news flow to continuously drip-feed us & the market..
Bernard also mentioned in October TMS interview geophysics won't be released as it may tip-off landowners they're currently negotiating/plan to negotiate with. Will we see some more acreage being picked up? I reckon they are going for the land between Loflin and Jones-Keystone. Previous geo & soil sampling by Revolution Resources picked up an anomaly between the two deposits called Homestead. Broadly speaking they think all three are linked, an extended corridor of gold-endowed mineralization. Be great to see the geo as I'm sure we've got multiple analogues on our tenements, just a case of which ones we go for first. Already know one of them south of Loflin is a hit. Questions is, how many more?
If everything has gone/going to plan, expect an update on RC campaign along the lines of Loflin drilling finished and rig now mobilizing to JKL. I really hope they've added extra holes into new extension as 25m of sulphides is a serious intercept. Loflin resource had intercepts of 70m @1g/t so could just be hitting outskirts of this new southern play. So much going on here.
Interestingly, looks like a lot of AIM liquidity that left for crypto last year is coming back now that cryptos are on the slide. Agree w/ sentiment on gold performing this year but I think $1800 gold is incredibly good price for explorers/producers.
Lex should be reporting first results next week (Xmas to mid-jan window). Expect a operational update at the very least.
Not where I expected us to finish the year considering all the amazing news we've had these past 12months. Back around the IPO price but much more advanced now. Should be steady drilling news/assay results from mid-January to March. I expect 6p to be tagged again in Q1.
Good luck to all in the new year.
They need to show operational activity. Bar drilling, we need some visuals such as mad surveys or soil sampling/trenching on possible extensions of current resource in Namibia. Not currently in but I feel like there's a lot of potential here if Colin wants give AFP any of his time. Honestly, would prefer a different boss as CB is spread way too thin.
Great update, operationally going to plan. Confirming extension of Loflin deposit - all shallow too. Unlikely to have drilled geophysics anomalies so hopefully they come in hot (and maybe they'll sink a few more holes similar to C Belle). Infill Jones Keystone drilling likely to produce some thick intersections around historical drilling (100m+ @ 1%+). SP bemuses me but I expect this to turn in the not so distant future. Trading has been very strange in the recent days...
I remember company releasing pictures of the sulphide-laced cores during spring drilling campaign and no one batted an eye even though company stated these are likely to be gold bearing. Then when assays were close to release, we had our move which was close to 100% from drilling commencement RNS (30m @ 1g/t+). Now we've got gold-bearing drill chips as well as additional drilling based on very promising visual observations. Any guesses as to where we'll be on/after assay results in Jan & Feb?
I also expect extra-drilling at JKL as well as more tenements being acquired that'll essentially join Jones-Keystone and Loflin as historical data point to these being part of the same deeper system (similar to Haile being compose of Snake, Ledbetter, Champion etc. deposits). At some point they'll release seismic data too likely in the form of a new presentation which I can't wait for. Everything we've being going for has been shallow - is there anything hiding below 200m?
Also worth mentioning, AIM in general is still in a malaise. Index is around the same price as January 2021 so the majority of shares have been static, market is pretty terrible. Majority of my recent winners have been on TSX but I expect there to be a big winner(s) at some point to reinvigorate AIM. All we can ask for a company is to fulfill their work commitments operationally and hit certain milestones (which they've been doing) and at some point the market will recognize that work. I mean, the company is great with providing operational updates and have even stated they've seen very promising sulphide/quartz veins - to the point where they've drilled to further holes to confirm the continuity of these intercepts so the 2nd batch of assays should hopefully show thick intercepts (~20m @ 1g/t+).Risk-reward here is pretty incredible given the large 5,000m campaign in a known gold play against our low market cap all of which is fully funded so I do expect good movement here in the near future. So does Pure Ice as they've been slowly increasing their stake who, like it or not, probably have a much better understanding of LEX than any of us PIs. This price is a gift for those who believe in this exploratory play.
Well, if you look at the last trade last night before close, 250k @ 2.9p - that's above the mid at that time and above all the sells earlier so I think that is Pure Ice. They're clearly not done yet and I wouldn't be surprised if we see more round buys down here. Absolute steal considering newsflow to come.
You're joking, right? A resource estimate would take months ONCE they have the assays through (which they won't get until the end of Jan). There is limited drilling on C. Belle even including the 2600m we've just completed so I'd think they'd need another campaign with atleast some diamond drilling. Loflin had 6,000m+ prior to resource so I think we're well short. Resource priority is for Jones-Keystone as that's had well in excess of 10,000m drilled.
Great update tho.
