Thanks Chris. lol CW that's why i switched off yesterday, was a depressing sight, both on this BB & The SP but they tend to run in tandem.
This development is pretty bloody amazing. When you start dissecting it there are so many gems, Sharesting has picked out a few already.
It has seen benefit, simple as that. If a patient who started treatment in the hospital and has finished it at home.. that is probably the most compelling feature of the entire document. It reduces the severity of the symptoms enough to discharge a patient..
- Reduced patient time in hospitals
- Reduced risk of death
- Reduced stress on the NHS
- Home administered, reduced cost/complexity.
They have included the logistics of how this will work and our widening it to GP surgeries country wide - this is a soft launch in my opinion not a bloody trial.. They are bloody horrendous, old XP operating systems, clunky processes, CCGs overseeing tiny changes, why extend to another 5,000 sites if it doesn't work.
The NHS do not just reduce red tape on a chance offering.
How is this not RNS'd? Why have i not topped up? lol
They see this as a cost/life saving exercise. I'm a bit excited. Especially after the last few days.
