RE: GDR9 Sep 2020 17:57
BigAl,
DB is the figurehead associated with GDR. Naturally that will be where frustrations are directed.
Although i know you do not agree with the criticism to not understand why people are critical of him is concerning, as it is extremely obvious to me how somebody could form that view.
Comparatively look at NCYT, AVCT & ODX. All 3 management teams provide regular updates. ODX particularly, when their SP dropped in half the CEO organised a presentation to inform and update Investors, and even improved their social presence due to investors requests.
You mention what would i like to be RNS'd, the fact he has nothing to RNS is the worry in itself lol. AVCT although some RNS may read as immaterial it keeps them known within the market, and entices new investors, I would take any of their CEOs over ours. Just watch 2 presentations of each company and compare them. DB, dead last in my view. Charisma of a wooden spoon, and say what you want, you need a showman when you are a 40 person business vying for market share.
Issued a placement at a 40% discount, then proceeded to spend very little of it within a 6 week window (we know this due to trading update showing 7 of the 8 mil still in the bank)..
Then the investor presentation. The vox one. He included a competitive analysis slide, slamming our competition. And yet, 0 RNS sales to date. Arrogance shown here in my view.
Then he sent thousands of samples to Italy, Germany & Spain. Yet didn't close a big enough sale to deliver us an RNS. Those 'european sales' how do we know they just are not paid for samples he sent out?
Received no update in 3 months on European supply chain he was supposedly setting up.
ICMR changing to DCGI then back again. A number of discrepancies on the website with Product specs.
Bottled his Sky interview.
So although you may not agree with the criticism BigAl, to not understand it is actually quite a blinded view.
Anyway, i'll be congratulating him in a few days and like i said, all will be forgiven. But mistakes have been made. To not understand that is naive.
