Appreciate that and I have an understanding of BRH but there was no drip sell, it was a smash and grab by my reckoning.

I don't think they failed it either.. i KNOW they did.

Because i called the Delhi location in September (after another poster claimed they'd spoke to them and had failed) and was explicitly told they are not on the system and the only way that happened is if they have failed or passed.. Now it is possible i got the naming convention wrong, so i went and asked budd perhaps 7 or 8 times what the convention was... they wouldn't tell me... I asked Walbrook.. they wouldn't tell me..

Finally after a few more emails budd responded to me stating 'we've not failed ICMR twice what do you mean'... Then never responded once i asked for clarification. Twice? why use the word twice... now, Stating they had radio silence from them for 2 months certainly adds weight to that claim.

Explains the mix up between ICRMR & DCGI, as well as the delay.

And by the way from these lows the only way is up for GDR - i thought it was decent presentation with some interesting opps on the horizon and i respect DB for answering some of the tough questions.
