I do feel the need to reconfirm their strategy to shareholders. Comms are utterly shocking. When was the last investors presentation? Not necessarily after an RNS but more a webinar where they run us through their approach, feels fragmented from the outside.

The success or failure of this business isn't based on external factors, but P2F ability to sign outsourcing/licensing and market/sell the product.

And yes your point on 'now competing for sales' is another way of saying lack of demand. That's standard economics.

Nobody is an expert.

But the BoD are learning on the job and that's a fact.

CEO is a uni professor.

The BoD I'm closer to 50/50. They are learning on the job and although commendable it's shareholders money they are playing with.

See the distis dropping prices and can only be for 2 reasons.. excess supply (machine sorted) or lack of demand.

On flipside, wouldn't be surprised if they needed their guidance on contact terms with outsourced providers as they do not have the knowledge in house.

So i very much am of the understanding there role is getting THIS machine up to full capacity. There was no mention of Egremont involved in excess or additional capacity sources.

Personal view is 60/40.

Delays are never good imo. So i am leaning towards underwhelming but not disastrous results.
