I can see both sides and yes it's good that be cautious.
I personally, believe unless we are been told anything a different everything is still on track to be drilled end of this year.
However, if there is an delay we will be told asap and expect any delays would be told to us by mid October latest imo, as the earliest drill would have been mid November etc.

Just my thoughts, happily sitting and waiting with average of 185.

If a farmout happens, it really needs to happen very soon.
Larry imo would do a placing if no JV, as he Mr stable and doesn't like to take risks. Therefore, if a placing then that needs to happen soon too i.e. by end of thodomth, otherwise once again sentiment will be killed off just like rd-1.

Next few weeks will be telling and if Larrt pulls it off (JV) then hats off to Larry.

Buy on dips, end of October to early November I am hoping we will be drilling.
