AP read like a book, back at nominal again. AP messed it up again as usual for the shareholders. No vision beyond 0.2p

-20% down, majority of 5m were sell check timestamp, must be broker likely unloading, should get placing RNS soon i feel as AP loves to place just check his history , or must be likely proper bad news for AP not to save shareholders today after seeing it drop big today.

Bad news is expected after todays near 20% drop, and multiple 5m sells, AP likely shafted everyone again.

Looks like its curtains dropping to 0.11p now, AP can be read like a book, i was right, never trust him

Predictions on AP next move:

1) RNS with delays on major funding and diamonds will drop it down, Market wants major funding or diamonds completed nothing else will move it. Thats not happening

2) Placing to repay himself, money runs out in March latest, every trader has sold yesterday in anticipation of the placing, only longterm suffering shareholders are holding.

Whichever way you see it AP has no way out for the suffering shareholders. It has to drop on these 2 options. AP is unlikely to pull a rabbit out of the hat, its looking very dire currently.

Very surprised no placing RNS today by AP

Going by the action of today being similar to October placing , the new placing should in comparison be done tomorrow or at least within the week, lots of people have sold today causing the drop from 0.18

After todays spike to 0.18p and drop to 0.145p looks very similiar to October placing. As i said AP can be read like a book, placing RNS likely next up at 0.1p from the 3 options i mentioned as a possibility number 2 looks likely.

AP likely next move:

1) Give an update with further delays on Major funding and diamonds, this will drop price towards 0.1p or lower.

2) Give a placing at 0.1p, AP will copy October method, spiking it to 0.15-0.2p then place at 0.1p again dropping it down.

3) Give a normal update, again will drop as market wants major funding or diamonds.

No way out for AP

Thats the sign for the placing i feel, AP will copy October placing at 0.1p, thats why everyone sold out

Highly likely got to be a placing, if it gets to 0.18-0.2p like in October, AP just needs a few hours to get it done at 0.1p,

AP doesn’t seem to have the vision beyond placing of shares at a discount.

If you get lucky and it heads towards 0.2p, get out and buy back at placing price, this is how AP will likely play it just like October placing.

You are so confused, Ian has no information his just a hopeful gambler trusting AP to deliver, No matter what Ian buys he always gets diluted as history shows. Maybe on the likely next placing at 0.1p he could even drop down to 5% as AP has over 6bln authority to issue shares.

Ian is still trusting AP after he got shafted -90% in 2024, cant believe his loyal to AP after suffering. AP dont care about shareholders look at his record since 2021.

Question is when is this next placing?

This will be AP next move likely, get a placing away at 0.1p and dilute everyone and drop the price back down. its a matter of what day he will do the placing, some saying Friday. AP cant hold himself back he will rush to place. Read him like a book

The reason to bang on about placings? go look at how often AP has done placings just in last 2 years, do your research before you support AP and save yourself money. AP has to place shares, highly likely at 0.1p and not at a significant premium which some deluded hope for.

Long suffering shareholder IAN has bought some more to average down, i dont know why he believes a word from AP,

IAN was shafted through 2023/2024 and he still trusts AP.

AP will highly likely do a placing to dilute everyone at 0.1p, just like the last 2 times, he doesn’t care for shareholders just look at AP reputation of share price destruction, i dont think AP will change his ways of share price destruction. The Market doesnt believe in him.

Warrants will expire on 15th July 2025, it’s highly unlikely they will get exercised, if AP extends the deadline for warrants then you know the reason of it being a misleading carrot.

No one in their right mind will invest here at a premium, and thinking that funding of £2.4m from the 0.4p warrants is like cukoland.

More Chance of this going bust then seeing a recovery as its in default to it’s lenders.

Going into next week now, again expecting delays and no major funding which is a joke, it has been dragging on for nearly a year now.

Who would want to invest at a premium here, simply no one would after how 2024 share price destruction went.

0.4p warrants are a mis leading carrot i feel, which will expire soon.

You ask why would he place? that’s obvious any sniff of a opportunity and he will rush to place shares, AP has lots to prove to the market, firstly that he isn't short sighted like the market thinks of him. Does he have the vision to take this over 1p or will he stop any potential move at 0.2p for a discounted placing. AP has to win the markets confidence but it’s unlikely the market will believe him because of his pas reputation.
