It’s excellent news, with Philippines asset getting monetised in next few weeks, just that asset was worth in excess of £5m mcap per BOD, its a no brainer here at these bargain prices.

Goldstone Resources Limited (AIM: GRL) is pleased to provide an update on its Homase Mine and heap leach operation in south-western Ghana.

· Gold Pour: The Company achieved another increase in production, with 18.629 kilograms of gold doré, equivalent to approximately 598.9 ounces of gold doré poured as at 24 March 2025, a 14% monthly increase.

· Operational Ramp-Up: The operation maintains the average 48,000 tonnes of agglomerated stacked ore per month, with mining operations and heap leach processing targets on track.

· Expansion in Progress: The preparatory work continues for the expansion of Pit 1, with the pushback of the benches to allow access to the ore. It is anticipated that mining operations will re-commence in Pit 1 this month, where expected grades are 1-1.2 g/t, which with increased stacking and the continued improvement in leach kinetic rates is expected to facilitate the achievement of our production target over the coming months.

To further support the expansion of both mining and processing operations throughout 2025, operations continue to advance on the second lift of pads 3 and 4 and the extension to Cell 5 is nearing completion, with compacting completing ready for the geomembrane to be laid. The civil engineering work continues for the construction of Cells 6 and 7

Even if you say 70% discount you would get £10m, note at the time of saying in the RNS that Batangas asset it worth more then the market cap, at the time the market cap was over £5m.

Its a no brainer hence expect £10-£15m

Its a overdrop 0.28 is a bargain

The sale is still ongoing for £10 to £15 million, potentially 10 times the £1.5m market value

However banbury RRR is highly unlikely to get the judgement in its favour, its a poor country they ain’t got the money to pay. Bell was already in country going by twitter updates as mentioned below

Firstly the $15m will not be used for the debt.

The £10-£12m alleged debt by yourself, the £3.5m CLN will be converted at 0.075p, you have missed out further by not reading the accounts properly, look at receivables £876k plus non-current receivables of £2.56m, plus you have missed out on exploration assets of £13.7m which some are up for sale.

The $15m wont be touched and will give a life to RRR if they get it. Only question is RRR are not guaranteed to get it.
