Buildup to it is starting, after this weeks RNS saying everything on track. Odds are in favour of approval after circa 7 weeks out of 8 weeks and no rejection

I see the 450m authority was to issue at 1p, an increase in authority requested. I still feel the funding with other strategic companies will come in at 1p , why wouldn’t it if company is generating $700k a month sales of which $300k is gross profit based on circa $1800 a ounce cost to produce.

Equipment is forecasted for end of September which is a long way away and the big mess up was not appointing a CEO by end of July, something has likely gone wrong for them to change on there July deadlines and plans of not appointing a CEO

CLAI same main market listing (transition) as BMV, tried to raise £10m pending FCA prospectus approval as per 18/07/2025 RNS for Bitcoin treasury. Today announced it’s delisting as the current listing rules are not practical.

In under 2 weeks a dramatic change. Same is highly possible with BMV, this may be the reason the end of month delay for the end of month update. High possibility now that CLAI has been let down

Yes i was a believer, but not after what CLAI did regarding FCA Prospectus, this could collapse on delist and relist if it copies CLAI, take your bets

You claim CLAI is non compliant with listing rules, show documented evidence

CLAI were compliant and met all deadlines as a regulated company but not allowed to do a placing as its unpractical on current listing rules. It’s ironic that £10m was not allowed and it’s exactly the same amount that Bmv are after

Why hasnt CLAI FCA approval come for the new prospectus, they had issues hence the delisting and saying the main market isnt practicable. BMV has same listing and likely same outcome, we will soon find out hey?
