In early Sept I emailed Brian Hall to ask if the latest fund raising shares had been admitted. He replied that they had and had even checked with GMWO broker. And yet here we are today with news the 909 million shares have been admitted today.

Does someone want their friends to get in on the cheap, doesn`t look suspicious at all

I don`t think there is anything stopping them from stockpiling the material ready for running through the mill, when the permit finally, eventually arrives. atb

I`ve had a reply from BH and he says "I have confirmation from our brokers that the Great Western placing shares were admitted for trading in early August."

I`m sure the extra 909 million shares were over and above the c4.6bn we have available, or has LSE just not updated

Not panicking, would just like to be kept informed as to why the RNS has not been complied with.

What`s happened to the 909 million placing shares. Can they state in an RNS "no later than 8am Aug 16th" then not deliver without explanation.

Are the directors that bought in the placing underwater with their shares, they must have known about the delay. A week or so before the placing I nearly bought 2million but kept telling myself to wait till permit arrived even if I had to pay a little more, so glad I did. Think we`ll be able to get these around 0.04p in a months time. But do believe it`ll come good just not as soon as we all want, atb

Wait and see what happens when 900m+ shares hit the market in a day or two.

I`m more concerned with the sp than petty bickering and whether photos of the current state of the site will emerge or not. Will the sp fall below the fund raising price or not, would be a good buying opportunity.

Will the mill be ready for testing the tailings in August

Which enough tailings be brought to the site to last through winter.

Chisler the RNS does state the following - The net proceeds will be used for completion, commissioning and start-up working capital at the Company's Western Milling LLC, joint venture

So it does seem we were mislead somewhat by the June RNS.

I would like more details from the company on moving the stock piles to the plant, may even email them

On the 6th June BH stated in an RNS that GWMO had the funds to complete the mill -

Under the JV agreement, Muletown is providing a mill site on private land, a large inventory of plant and equipment and supervision of construction. Great Western is financing the construction and commissioning of the mill and has the funds available to meet this commitment.

And yet somehow now we don`t and the SP has crashed, someone somewhere is telling porkies ( I appreciate things can change but too such a degree in 6 or 7 weeks). 30% discount is a bad joke.
