We`ve already been told operations can begin in Aug 2024.

This permit has been granted by NDEP (The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection) and is the final step in allowing gravity operations to commence at Western Milling's site in Sodaville, Nevada............

No testing of any kind has been allowed until the permit is in place. The site has been left open for inspection pending the permit becoming effective. During a final inspection of the site by NDEP, no significant issues were identified and all the required parameters were found to have been met. Hook up of the plant for initial operations can now commence and the system tested prior to first production.

Nowhere in the recent RNS does it state we will start a trial run on the 16th. It says following the visit, could be the next day or week or month. I sincerely hope it is the 16th as we`ve all waited far too long, atb

Chisler on the 30th Oct you wrote we`ll be a producer in early Dec, now you say we start in the middle of Jan. How do you know this. Can you provide a link that shows once the inspection has taken place we can begin processing our materials. Do you know if a report needs to be written (or not) and a permit needs to be issued (or not)

How come BH and the board didn`t know this inspection was necessary before production commenced. They certainly didn`t mention it in their retail fundraising RNS.

And will the Inspector need to write a report and then issue a permit. If he/she does how long will that take. We know from experience how quickly the Nevada State works.

Are they really trying to tell us that on the release of the RNS on 30th Oct(stating test production early Dec) they didn`t know the Mill would have to be signed off by the Nevada State Inspector of Mines and so therefore they couldn`t start producing any gold . At what point did they learn this appointment would be Jan 16th. If they did know the Mill would need to be signed off why weren`t we informed, and informed of the date of inspection.

Calling them Amateurs would be a compliment.

Will they be having a 2 week break over Christmas and New Year, they deserve it after all their hard work.

Maybe just maybe they have been processing some rocks and decided not to tell us just yet for some unknown reason.

Nearly 5,000,000,000 new shares issued this year. And we`re all still waiting for Brian to rush to production.

A lot of regurgitated hot air. Mill still not ready (RNS stated early Dec, now passed) and says should be next few weeks. Looking for JV for copper (RNS 5th Jan 2023- 2 years ago- states have been looking for a partner for sometime, so that`s over 2 years) and why not sell East Side Mine as we`re never going to be in a position to develop it, won`t fetch much however every little helps.

As Brian states, nothing guaranteed and he`s certainly not wrong there.

The wording in RNSs changed from

production expected to start early Dec (30th Oct)

to

production in the near future ( 26th Nov)

Subtle change I know but less specific. Fingers crossed this week at the latest. Though I have said before the amount we are able to process will only be a little help.

Shalamar, they can`t increase it when they want to. They have to apply to NDEP. But agree sooner the better, and a JV would be lovely.

Shalamar - We only get to process 9,000 tons a year(18,000pa on 50/50 venture), unless we can get that limit taken off revenue won`t be much more than one fund raise. Helpful but not setting the sp on fire. Good to see any rise, long may it continue, atb

BH owns c217m shares or about 2% of the company. I`m sure he`s looking for a return on that money and currently, like most here, he is underwater on his investment. Fingers crossed for Mill up and running soon, maybe tomorrow. I would class early Dec 1st-10th, atb

Now let`s start putting them rocks/tailings/waste in and find some gold asap, early Dec can`t come quick enough. Then finally sign a JV for the copper. Have to see what happens to the sp next week when all those new shares hit the market.

Why would you take part in the retail placing when you knowit`ll be 0.001p soon enough.

For a CEO to release an RNS on the 11th June stating quite clearly the mill was ready to go (see below) and now raise money to "Complete commissioning of process mill for pilot production" is a sick joke. Why on earth are looking at tungsten when they can`t even get a simple mill operating. More jam in the future.

"The publication of a Notice for Planned Action by NDEP is a significant and long-awaited step towards the start of production from our mill, construction of which was completed at the turn of the year"

Why not sell Eastside Mine as we have a partner interested in evaluating it, and we ain`t never going to have the money to mine it, and it`s a little way away from Huntoon.

Is it possible that with our 50/50 Mill JV, our partners may have first access to processing and therefore we may not be able to process any of our material till say March, hence sp being subdued and way below what we would all like. atb

Yes I remember what happened in Cyprus. I know Castro froze the trucker bank accounts and starved them into submission ( as well as jailing a couple of them last week for 6 years)

Brian has already sourced transport as per Nov 2023 RNS, excerpt below so a little strange he said he`s looking now. If it was worth putting in an RNS we had transport sorted would it not have been worth telling us it had fallen through (could have attached it to another RNS at some point)
