Not me confused, it reads quite clearly. You say yourself the work is unlikely to be major so that would be not too skilled, not too time consuming and not too costly ie 3 weeks is ample time to complete it.

Bfdinvestor - not at all, if they haven`t got the staff available I`d say that`s a major issue. If anything goes wrong in the future and "they haven`t got the staff available" then no production and that`s a major issue.

Does this mean we`ll shortly have a JV partner for the copper resourses.

3 weeks since the Mill update, minor issues would have been sorted by now, so issues aren`t minor.

As it`s beDon`t en 2 weeks now since the State Inspection I would expect those minor issues to be sorted, at the latest by early next week. Any longer than that and they`re not really minor issues. BH has been known to stretch timelines before, sometimes to neary a year.

Any news on a copper JV would be extremely welcome, but again we BH has been talking to potential partners for over 2 years now.

Mcadder - even when they are producing, 9000tpa isn`t going to be anywhere near enough to pay for an exploration programme in 2025, so as you state fundraise is inevitable and as we all know they always come before news so as the backers can short the stock to bring the price down and sell back into a rising/rinsing market. It`s a win/win for them.

Chrisdp86 - that`s what I concluded, it doesn`t state no more visits. Would NDEP take the JVs word that they have done all the minor upgrades and then give permission, that sounds unlikely the way they have been meticulous so far. BH has also consistently told us the mill has been built to be above the legal minimum required, he should have added except were it hasn`t. The RNSs with regards the mill have been misleading at best, and the delays very costly.

From 31st July RNS

This permit has been granted by NDEP (The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection) and is the final step in allowing gravity operations to commence at Western Milling's site in Sodaville, Nevada........

During a final inspection of the site by NDEP, no significant issues were identified and all the required parameters were found to have been met. Hook up of the plant for initial operations can now commence and the system tested prior to first production..........

Great Western Chairman Brian Hall commented: "Long delays in reaching this point have been mainly outside our control but we are very excited to have a green light to go ahead and operate the plant. There is still a lot to do and we and will report on the next stages."

So the final inspection wasn`t by NDEP as BH claimed in this RNS and those "no significant issues" have taken 5 months to sort out, and still ongoing.

Surely BH knew we would need a H+S Certificate, he`s either been very lax or incompetent.

Still as the kids say on a very long journey "are we nearly there yet".

Please don`t forget we were also told in an RNS we`d be producing in Aug, and even that was a longer than anticipated wait. The current gold price will be helpful, though only being allowed to process 9,000t isn`t.

Will we receive the final permit to trial/produce before another fundraise.

Chris - we still don`t know the reason for the visit, I was attacked on here for suggesting it may not be a straight forward visit, and a report may need to be written and a permit issued before we can start a trial. Some on here posted regularly we would start trial production on the 16th (maybe we have!! but we haven`t been told)

What we do know is BH clearly stated in an RNS we would start production when the NDEP certificate was granted. That was August and we`re still waiting. Is it possible BH doesn`t know what he is doing, or has been mislead somewhere along the line.
