Your estimate has 200 tons per day for 22 days a month (4400 tons), the permit states 18,000 tons a year or 1500 tons a month. So at 4400 a month we could only operate for 4 months approx. Or have I read the Permit wrong.

This doesn`t allow us to process anyone elses stuff, or even mine our own and process that. We`ll get the same amount of gold but over a longer period.

Will we have to share 50/50 with our own material? Sounds a bit strange to me, but I don`t know.

Great news, however tempered a bit with the 18,000 tons pa, that`s 1,500pcm or approx 350 ton a week which isn`t a huge amount.

Do we know if any objections have been received. Would the BoD be able to comment if objections have been received. SP seems rather subdued for ground breaking news.

Most of the points made in the RNS for the capital raise have been made before. They obviously don`t believe the tailings will produce enough income to cover their planned expenditure, even when processing 200 tons a day.

Without doubt this is mates rates/insider trading. Couldn`t be more obvious.

We know there is at least a month before the permit is granted So am sure some will short this like hell in the meantime. Only thing that could stop them is a JV announcement. atb and let`s hope there are no objections.

Last Saturday I was on the M6 driving along happily then we hit a queue, 20min wait the sign said, after an hour we just sat there resigned to our fate. After an hour and a half we got to the front of the queue and there was nothing there. No crash, no broken down car, no tree on the road. Nothing, we were free to carry on.

Reminds me of GWMO, damned delay and seems to be no logical reason. But once we`re free, we`ll fly. atb

If it goes to $4000 maybe they`ll have enough money to stuff a large brown envelope to get the permit.

In the 10th Jan RNS it stated NDEP has given the GWMO application a high priority.

You wouldn`t want a low priority would you. Maybe they could start applying for the leeching permit now, as who knows how long that could take.

Could to see gold approaching $2400 oz, at least we`ll get ore money when we do start producing, atb and hopefully not long now though we`ve been saying that since last August.

Lukeytukki - gold is now $500 per oz more than when the permit was supposed to drop (Aug) I think this alone will have a significant effect on the sp when eveeeeeeentuuuuually the permit arrives, atb

Junior explorers eventually have to find something, and either mine it or sell the prospect. An explorer that doesn`t do this but continues to raise funds and explore is a lifestyle company.

We have found good quantities of gold/silver in shallow ground, but nowhere has GWMO indicated this will be mined shortly/this year.

Copper won`t be mined in the next few years, it looks like we weren`t able to find a JV Partner this year, hence the fundraise. However, the more we can prove up ourselves the better terms we should be able to negotiate in the future.

We all know the Permit is pivotal, as will give us an income almost immediately. And as Chisler and apr have said gold is doing very well (and currently sitting at over $2200 per ounce - not a bad time to have some to sell)
