As to the share update Naminco unchanged and J coffey down 1.5 mill. More interesting however ii down 3.5mill and HL down 2.2 mill on last month if there is a similar pattern with other PI platforms that aren't listed here then it looks much more like pi's getting fed up waiting and moving money to other "more promising" investments. The big boys however seem to be staying put, one can understand people here that have been in for a long time getting impatient and fed up, has to be a personal decision to stick it out or move on, will ATM turn the corner soon or not, the potential is there the assets are there the mcap is silly low but will the share price improve ??

Sorry to see you go copper but I get the feeling you will be keeping a close eye on this.

I'm still speculating on the free float here, for an aim company there is certainly a fair % in the hands of big serious investors.

The ATM website shows 55.73% in the 3% holder list and of that 12.56% is ii and hl so presumably pi's. That leaves 43.17% with the big holders.

BUT that is as far as ATM are aware you don't need to declare a holding here till you pass 5% so could be some big holdings just below that.

Big chunk of the company then in the hands of serious holders who are probably not here to flip their shares for a quick 10% gain. A lot of mining shares have had craxy rises so assuming ATM finally get their act together on the increase in tin production and with likely good news on the joint ventures this could well boost the share price considerably ( I HOPE but no predictions i'm not that good) GLA

Orange trust down 14.5 m

Talent 10 up 33.74 m

ii down 1.4 m (but their % is up bit weird)

JLE up 5.8 m

Mr Coffey in with his 102 m

All rounded figures no change otherwise so no indication where the rest of the placing shares went???

They RNS'd the EIB partnership on the 10th Feb and that was for 2m euro's. This investment is for double that but no RNS even if this is related it is a very significant injection of cash for ATM they should be shouting about it from the treetops not a personal social media post from AV.

Significant investments coming in from a number of sources multiple minerals two joint ventures and a working mine, yet the MCAP is still under £90m crazy !

There also should surely be more major holdings RNS's it is almost as if there are people here trying to keep this under the radar (but just my opinion)

Agreed copper1 this is significant news surely an RNS rather than a tweet by AV. There has been a fair amount of criticism of him on this board but where on earth is ATM's press department why has this been left for him to tweet on his personal account come on ATM surely there is someone in the company with the responsibility to promote it and issue news like this?

Anyone have an accurate idea of just what percentage of ATM is now held by II's and big investors? Serious players want in here that has to give some confidence. They are slowly accumulating a bigger chunk of the ATM pie so when (hopefully not if) really good news lands how big is the free float here?.

Morning all. I thought we would have had more drill results before now but maybe they have been waiting for a strategic moment to release them.

As to the tr1 holders details I agree Richy there should be some but this share has been very short on those JLE are the only investor who have been up fromt and issued them lately.

except for JLE the last tr1 before them was Cannacord who reported 19/6/25 when they dropped below 5%

End of June 2025 Talent 10 took 150m shares 7.68% but there was no tr1

January this year orange trust converted their loan which took them to 16.62% (over 15%) but no tr1

Now another placing of approx 220m shares and the only tr1 so far is from JLE

In nearly a year only JLE have issued a tr1 very strange? and still no update to atm holders page since February.

Come on tell us who these strategic investors are, they're definitely not flipping the shares they want a chunk of atm very unusual for the share price not to drop to the placing price

Share price is crreping up, seems no one wants to part with shares here one can only speculate what would the share price have been if the ii's tried to buy a couple of hundred million shares on the open market?

The Jig plant was supposed to process the 3rd party ore! the fact that it is being used as a pre concentrator and this latest rns shows we need additional mining capacity, more stripping and crushing capacity to get at our own ore to feed the jig. They have got to pull their finger out and start producing more tin at current prices.

The ii's seem happy to take an even bigger stake of ATM and this is aim no one is worried about diluting pi's

Well nothing to get us overexcited but no bad news either just ticking along nicely.

Good solid base though, hedge ending soon and get a bit of better grade ore into the mix and the figures will ramp up nicely.

Must be more drilling results for lithium ridge soon maybe they wanted this RNS out of the way first? when the first drill results were released al lot of drilling had been done and with three rigs working ! MUST be due more results soon

Agree with all that has been said here. And releasing this at 4pm on a Tuesday did they think no one would notice.

Hopefully they have lots of good news and a good trading update and they think that will get this forgotten about, but still pure profiteering at genuine shareholders expense, I know this is AIM but even so !!

Seriously though, I still think someone has been steadily building a holding here for a while now, there has been a steady flow of large late reported trades. Yes there has been a seller but they are all getting mopped up, a holding RNS must be overdue surely.

The MCAP here is crazy low for the assets and the current metal prices. GLA

I note from the article that

"The Uis Royalty is a sliding-scale gross revenue royalty payable on all tin products produced from Mining License ML-134"

Presumably therefore all tin produced from other sources eg Goantagab, Brandberg West etc are not subject to the royalty. Is it a royalty on where the ore comes from or where it is processed???

I'm reading it that ATM require disclosure at 3% + every 1% but market is every 5%. Orange trust was at 14.8% end of December and at 16.83% end of January with their loan conversion, passed through the 15% mark but no notification to the market only the updated holding on the ATM website. Seems strange they didn't notify the market directly?.

Many thanks for the info and clarification. Not reached 5% so no TR1 guess we will see when the next ATM shareholder update comes out where they are.

ACAM LP have been involved for some time they were on the ATM share register last april with just over 58 million shares, they have falllen off it since but they were only a bit over 3% so could be due to dilution. If they still have a similar holding they might not reappear as the joint venture on Brandenberg West is with BWCAM an affiliate of ACAM. This is where I am unsure although basically the same entity in many ways they are seperate companies so I guess would report their holdings independently but not sure.

In the same way if someone wanted to build a large holding of say 7.5% and bought 2.5% through three separate entities would they need to report it?. Alternatively are some of these large trades big investors moving shares between accounts for financial or tax reasons bit like a bed and isa. No Idea really but big institutions must have way more scope availaible to them that a small pi, someone more knowledgeable than me might have a better grasp on this.

This feels like the ducks are all lining up in a row now, trouble is they keep moving about and now they seem to have started breeding so it is a job to count them.

I was looking back at the brandenberg west drill results from September/October 2024 and I like the statement " It is noteworthy that anomalous concentrations of silver and gallium were also identified in several of the analysed samples. The economic potential of these metals will be investigated as the project evolves." one can see why ACAM are so interested they are going to look at the existing tailings now. The copper was never extracted before so a nice RNS in the near future saying "the tailing are full of copper and as a bonus also silver and gallium which could be extracted at the same time ". That would stir up a bit more interest.

We will just have to wait and see but there is certainly a lot going on in this one company at the moment and people are beginning to notice. GLA

Ok I'm confused here, there have been a lot of shares traded in big chunks, big seller maybe but also these have all been soaked up so big buyer building a stake???. No tr1's since 1st of December when JLE passed 5% surely there should be ??.

Orange trust increased their holding via the conversion and this has bumped them to 16.8%, That means they passed through the 15% threshold but still no tr1??

Is there something special about Andrada that you don't need to report a tr1 ???
