Not worried really, don't think too much about shareprice just the market cap which is ridiculously low. If it was dropping like this before this last RNS I'd be a little more concerned but we can only go on what we know and that is things are progressing just possibly not as quickly as we'd all like. They don't appear to have anything to sell as want a real premium to spread but will take a fair chunk at a premium. It's toy mind just chucking cat amongst the pigeons with sentiment already low. We are at all time lows so no chartist can tell you where it's headed but if you think about the market cap and NOT shareprice it should calm a few of the already nervous ones to holding onto what they have. Just my opinion BWTFDIK

If you were to buy shares at 400p yesterday and then buy all your rights issue you would average 372p with all your shares. That is what with the new share capital your average would be, I'm not saying it will or should drop to that price due to using the extra shares in issue to purchase the remainder of playtech which would add to the NAV of William hill. The question is how much does it add 10p, 20p, 50p currently I don't know need to look into the figures this weekend if I get chance.

Good morning, what's your thoughts on the rights issue? 21.5% extra shares with 2 for every 9 owned being offered at a discount of 40% to yesterdays close.That's one hell of a cash call. The playtech deal is highly lucrative but as the rights issue details were revealed on the day WMH released their final results which were exceptional makes it hard to gauge what reaction there will be if approved when the shares are free to trade on the open market.

I've lost count of the number of delays that silvermere have had to contend with to no fault of their own. The market has previously risen in anticipation of the flow rates only to be knocked back down further after each disappointment. At these ridiculously low prices there's a lot to gain and little to lose so by waiting for the flow rates to be announced and then buying shares at that point, yes they'll be more expensive but they will see the value through facts and not potential. I firmly believe that next week silvermere will be re rated into the double figures as I was here from 8p -14p before the delays and that was on anticipation. We can only go on what we are told and the company have said that the cash generated from this "lower interest" first well will almost cover working capital which for an early stage O&G company is unheard, we have 2 more wells with higher interest to come making us very profitable and will lead to other acquisitions. Andy Morrison has said everything is going well and there are no more delays and the flow rates will be announced to the market in the first week of march. Anybody buying in now is getting a piece of a company which without external hindrances would be doing extremely well.

Hi, the market always over reacts and never acts rationally. The flow rates have been delayed time and time again through no fault of silvermere but has damaged their reputation and subsequently their share price. The FACTS speak for themselves and £2.4 million market cap isn't a fair reflection on 155bopd off one well in the USA. The lack of flow rates after each delay has dented the company's share price each time so the market is likely to be expecting further problems and delays hence the lack of a rise on the build up to flow rates announcement next week. I am optimistic of flow rates next week and being better than market/ company expectations and then investors will be desperate to get hold of the limited SLME have in free float as they will be producing O&G company breaking even on working capital from one well, they will want to have shares ready for the next wells of which SLME have a larger interest in. All IMO obviously.

There won't be many more chances to buy at this price IMO. We are currently valued at £2.42 million which is astonishingly low for a producing oil and gas company. With only 34.5 million shares in issue the rise is potentially going to be spectacular as investors rush to get in after the FACTS hit the market. We are fully funded, have secure assets in the USA and are at almost an all time low. We should hear next week the ACTUAL flow rates although through company updates previously we are to believe they are in line with company expectations. All in all should be a fantastic re rate. Remember we are already generating cash and we still have other wells to drill.

Deutsche bank seem to disagree, they have increased their stake here. It is at 5 year high so understand your view but continuation of growth online and geographically gives me the confidence that's there's still more to come.

Yeah noticed that but for the figures to match it would have had to have only been running 11-12 days out of the last 25 which I think is unlikely. Anyhow still holding hopefully we get a nice rise out if this but this is not the flow rates I was hoping for in plain English.

How they can get 1780 barrels over 25 days which is 71 pee day averagely and then say its in line with expectations towards target of 155 bopd. I know they had to clean up etc and the pipeline wasn't fully charged, I thought 1700 seemed quite low. Looks like we've got another month or so to wait to hear EXACTLY what flow rates are with the correct choke and no problems.

Any thoughts on what that could mean? We've had a couple of big sells, 198k and 100k and a few PI buys at 20-30k. Been quoted 7.8p for 60k but I think something is happening possibly another delay or lower than expected flow rates.

Sorry....times are hard. Hope you're well. We seem to finally looking a bit better here. I've held back from loading upper ATM as thought I'd await the trading update.

To those who have said that this is the placing they were expecting and there is no issue with it, this is not the placing I was expecting, I was expecting a bigger one to fund further wells and therefore further income potential. They have just added further shares to fund Andy Morrisons wage bill and SHORT TERM working capital. So maybe when the flow rates are released they will hit us with the next much larger placing which may hinder the rise as most people will be expecting it.

Sometimes you have to admit to YOURSELF that you got it wrong. The facts speak for themselves albeit not entirely down to SLME's fault but it has been excuse / delay after each other. This probably will go below 7p and it probably will come good at some point. However everybody's expectations are coming down with every bad piece of news. Who'd have thought we'd be hoping for 10p 3 months ago. NOT ME. I was hoping for 20p minimum and truly thought it was possibly. Still holding here but when/ if s**t hits the fan on the flow rates don't be surprised and I hope I don't read posts saying "when different choke installed we'll be at 6p end of month"
