Morning everyone. It seems yet another week goes by with no news or clarification on the reasons for continued suspension. Very frustrating.

I had hoped, as others had, that we would be up and running way before now. Personally I doubt anything will arrive next week or before AGM either, but would welcome positive news if it arrived

If nothing arrives before AGM then I will be very interested in what the BOD have to say about the reasons for continued suspension. Not long now till the 27th (unless that gets suspended!)

I’ve been waking up before 7am each weekday since September thinking ‘is this the day?’, only to be disappointed each day. Whilst I hope there’s a very good reason for the latest delay in lifting the suspension after finally releasing accounts last week, I find this continued suspension frustrating.

Hopefully it’ll end soon and we all benefit as a result. Nothing any of us can do but wait

Appreciate all the comments and rationale given. We've already been waiting approx 9-10 months, so waiting a couple of extra weeks or so in order to get things completed so suspension can be lifted permanently, may well not be a bad thing, as others had said.

Had to correct the thread title from the one in my earlier post. Would bug me if I hadn’t. It was early for me though.

Morning everyone. I had hoped for the lifting of suspension RNS to have been out by now following the publication of accounts last week.

Whilst I know there is a process to achieve this, other companies have had their suspension lifted the same day, or the next day. I don’t see why this couldn’t have happened here.

I may be incorrect but many suspension lifting RNS’s have been issued around 7.30am, so who knows. Ever the optimist.

Surely not much longer to wait now though.

With today's RNS, as others have said earlier, it finally looks like things are moving forward. Hopefully news very soon. Exciting.

I honestly thought the comments saying ‘during May’ and ‘in final stages’, together with timing of the last RNS (approx 10mins before end of the last deadline day) would mean we’d have them (or another RNS) in the first week of May.

I didn’t take them to mean ‘last week or so in May’. Still hoping for accounts this month but would not be surprised if yet another deadline is missed.

Utter disgrace in taking so long to get accounts published. Complete joke.

Complete lack of clarity, both in the can kicking RNS’s we get, usually on the last day of the previous month’s supposed deadline for publication of accounts, and Holt’s generic email responses to individuals (but at least he responds to an email. IR have not responded to any of the handful of emails I’ve sent them in the last 2-3 months). Not even an acknowledgement.

Whilst I’d be very pleased to be proven wrong, I see yet more disappointment and another ‘it’ll definitely be out by end of next month, promise’ RNS sent out at about 4.20pm on 31/5.

I also check for the promised RNS each morning, but then see no red dot and get brought down to earth.

I was half hoping that with the timing of the last RNS being so late in the day last Friday, that we may have gotten the publication of accounts RNS early this week. I was assuming (quite naively) that the timing of that last RNS was due to the possibility of BDO actually getting the accounts signed off that day.

What was I thinking? Living in a dreamworld.

To issue an RNS with less than 10mins left of the last trading day of the month, which was the deadline they've previously given, is just a p*ss take.

They've said 'it's in it's final stages'. I would bl**dy hope so after 9 months. Best be worth waiting for after all this time.

I was fully expecting to see a 7am RNS this morning kicking the can again. But with no RNS as of yet, and all previous RNS’s stating a delay being released at 7am, it does seem some other news may be coming.

I also feel we will get another RNS tomorrow yet again kicking the can down the road by another month. Hope I’m wrong as I believe in the long term of this company.

I’ve already emailed IR this morning asking the question of are we likely to get anything positive tomorrow or do we expect to get another RNS stating yet another delay to publishing accounts?

I know they won’t give away any market sensitive info in any reply, but seeing as it’s a question I’ve asked them in emails at the end of every month this year and never had any response back from them at all any month, even if it was just an acknowledgment email, I find that very frustrating.

I've had no responses for IR for weeks, despite sending in few polite emails. Very frustrating. I'm hoping for good news this week, but not holding my breath.

I think my 9-month old grand daughter could learn to count and then do the accounts quicker than BDO seem to be completing them.

Whilst I do remain hopeful in the long term outlook, I’d love to see the accounts published and lifting of suspension RNS’s this week. But with all previous deadlines since September missed regarding publication of accounts, I’m not holding my breath for anything this week.

Last RNS said likely to be published by end of April. I was hoping for something yesterday or this morning but with nothing, I feel the next RNS will be another kicking it down the road by yet another month.

Hopefully this time we will actually get something, rather than another RNS stating a further delay to end of May. As you say, very tiresome.

Hopefully on publication of accounts and confirmation of the lifting of suspension, we enjoy a similar rise to what THG have had this morning.

I also got the jist the issues were mainly down to BDO.

In my last message I used the term 'resumption of trading' incorrectly. I should of said 'suspension lifted'. I'm utter rubbish at trading so no longer do it.

I also have had no response to any emails I have sent to IR in the last couple of months. Rude.

TBH my last email to them was quite blunt as basically I said they (BDO) were taking the p... and had a bit of a rant as to how on earth we can still be suspended some 8months later. I knew it wouldn't get answered, but I felt better in getting off my chest.

Nothing any of us can do now but wait. Hopefully at some point before Xmas, we may actually one day get the RNS with the accounts published and resumption of trading.

I know it won’t get me anywhere, but I’ve sent an email to IR dept asking how yet another deadline for publishing accounts can be missed and as a result we remain suspended for 8 months, after initially being told in Sept that it’d be a couple of weeks?

Have asked for a reply, rather than the usual ‘radio silence’ we tend to get. Doubt I’ll get a reply.

Ffs still no accounts. After 7 months! Another ‘month’ ahead deadline given. My 8month old granddaughter could produce these accounts quicker than these.
