Also interesting... Techmet forging more links into US EV markets. Li in this case but shows they have the right reach in the US to do deals.

Evening Vii,
Thanks a million for this. Interesting report - Good skills. You're a legend. Can relate to the sloth like pace of Cornwall's planners. I had the pleasure of dealing with them on a domestic matter a few years back. Frustratingly slow and we faced a lot of local nimbyism barriers. My experience was the parish council wielded a lot of clout. The 'Alps' may straddle several boundaries - Fraddon to Bugle - big area? Outline to build on a small infill plot is nothing compared to BL's project... but 4 years!
EA under staffing already affecting other local matters which we know about (eg noise license). Impressive numbers though and the big plus I can see is it's putting South West Li production on the map, the optics of which may benefit other projects in the area - Not just lithium.
Sadly my TUN visit is looking like it's in the balance which I'm mightily hacked off about. Manic workload meant I couldn't get down today :(. Looks like Friday's session is now booked out but I'm on the reserve list. Got everything crossed so I can repay the favour. Plus I really wanted to see first hand how they've progressed those processing lines and the fit out since that last video. I was also interested in potentially rubbing shoulders with JmF (we share a mutual friend so there's sort of an 'in') and finding out why he's still knocking about down there??
I'll let you know either way what happens later this week. Looking shaky though.
@Natnrg - good to see you too buddy - hope you're well. Good luck here, it's a fairly long haul to production, but we're used to that... progress here will seem like lightning. Big bonus is none of the research documents need translating or accessing through a VPN :). CUSN is a very pleasant and friendly board with good info. V refreshing. I wish you well.
Cheers.

The map of WK has now been updated on the website..... but the scale bar is still incorrect..... phffffft.
On the plus side, the Flanks and Tipil licences now show values for their footprint. Which I guess makes it better.
https://www.eurasiamining.co.uk/operations/west-kytlim
- - -
Some Numbers:-
The current visible workings span 2.4sq Km (measured from sat images)
The new patch is an additional 0.35sq Km
Main licence area: 21.5sq Km (11% currently utilised)
Flanks: 50.8sq Km (21 times the current workings)
Tipil: 24.5sq Km (10 times the current workings)
Current workings visible by satellite represent 2.8% of total available district (including exploration areas)
Keeping an eye on TPI files for Monchetundra licence updates.
Trav (N-K-T) being the biggie - sadly nothing to report on that front.

The "unknowns" in Uberaba are precisely why Mosaic and RBW are carrying out initial trials, assays and ultimately a PEA.
Current project status - MOU....
Same process as Phalaborwa. PEA findings there provided the confidence and scientific backup to fund the front and back end pilot plants and move the analysis up to DFS. Both PEA and DFS were underwritten by suitably qualified 'competent persons'
Normal stuff and recognised practice with any discovery; hard rock, brownfield or otherwise. It derisks financial outlay in measured steps.
Uberaba could well be an absolute dog laced with trouble, un economic recovery rates, high costs and nasty contaminants. The PEA will provide the details if this is the (unlikely) case.
Why not wait patiently and see what the experts publish in this respect. Then pull the project fundamentals to pieces if its warranted and justified.

Indeed..... Defying the laws of gravity if you ask me.
Interesting read. Thx for sharing.

Nice one. I can't make it down to Falmouth I'm afraid.
I'm really looking forward to having a wander round Hemerdon. Maybe we can compare notes end of next week.
Good luck with it.
All the best matey.

@Beast and all, cross referencing the other thread...
WK is currently stripping only AFAIK. This was RNS'd in the annual report. It's not clear if they are carrying out washing and crushing. I suspect not from the increased output from the dragline. The recent video appeared to show it scraping out buckets of muck and piling it high alongside. It certainly wasn't being loaded into trucks and carted away for processing. Granted it only showed one buckets worth... but it just appeared to be creating a very very big pile. Been trying to get my head round the logic of that.
Maybe (guess work) they plan to relocate a wash plant near by. Move the dragline....process the pile.....step....repeat...step...repeat.... work their way around the site. NB a guess!
Anyhow positively - in latest sentinel images the clearing in the woods to the west has nearly doubled in size again and appears to have a link road established to the main site. Lots of cloud about in WK right now so it's hard to get a good picture but this is the best I've got from 3 days ago. (cut n paste the whole link)
https://apps.sentinel-hub.com/sentinel-playground/?source=S2&lat=59.53603692076996&lng=58.9390754699707&zoom=14&preset=1-NATURAL-COLOR&layers=B01,B02,B03&maxcc=22.645000000000003&gain=1.0&gamma=1.0&time=2023-03-01%7C2023-09-05&atmFilter=&showDates=false
The company got back to me about the map scaling issue -saying they would look into it and revise the website if they thought it should change.... Nothing amended yet. I recon it's underselling WK's footprint by 4 times. Strange they wouldn't want to correct that quick smart imo.
I also asked them to comment on the new clearing ( now approaching 100 acres) . Unsurprisingly - no reply on that front either.
Like others have said it's back to guess work but the satellite images don't lie and show encouraging progress. Hopefully the interims may shed some more detail on this.
good luck lovelies!

@Vii, Messaging you here as you're more likely to see it.
I'm still hoping to walk round Tungsten West next week on one of these site visits. Probably Tues or Friday. If I manage it I'll report any findings on that BB.
Busy week so I can only really fit one in - even then it will be dependent on work commitments.
I notice from the application form that Cornish Metals is already fully booked out, as is Cornish Lithium and Wardell Armstrong's lab.
Did you manage to book on one of these? If not you may be too late.

BTW if you are still following the S.A. REE project - some interesting developments there this week.
^^ Sorry CUSN investors for all the blatant cross ramps. ^^
A reminder of a bit of social media from 8 months back. (sorry posted this several times)

Referring to the graphic... Phal and now Uberaba fit the plan. Each project is standalone for either selling as a turnkey asset , JV or financed to production. Hence the DFS on phal and the PEA on Uberaba.
The potential here is very exciting longer term. AIMO

Fantastic news indeed.

.... 13th Sept. Hopefully this will put a bit of life back into ciz and break us out of the 2p grind sideways.
If nothing else it should derisk the finances for a bit. 🙏.
Just trying to add a bit of positivity. Lot of doom merchants about recently when nothing has actually changed (as far as I can tell any rate)

Came across this earlier. Nothing on RBW but mentions Techmet. An interesting read.

@SP - there's also the PEA on Brazil to come at some point.
Another good interview - to me G seems fairly convinced that K-Tech are going to deliver positive results in a few months time (he only mentioned it three times as if it's a fait accompli). Focus seems to be on US backing for the back end process. Makes a lot of sense geographically with Mosaic in the wings. The front end setup looking scalable and fairly easy to replicate close to Uberaba.

GB - "Correct, we've got a lot more positive news flow to come, and hopefully we will start drawing the intention of US investors now..."
Looks like another 12 months or so till we get to full production - finance permitting. Ducks starting to line up nicely here though IMO.
Good luck all

Beautiful. This is awesome news. I recall George saying this alone derisks the company.

@Shouston - these could be CFD swaps. Normally appear in 3's - same value with same time stamp. 2 +ve and 1 -ve.
Typical to see two of them appear delayed a day later.
There was a blackout yesterday afternoon on all LSE trade data (not just copl) so the 15:38 isn't visible. As you have L2 you might want to check if the 08:04 one for 500k is there in yesterdays figures. If it is then you have your treble and my hunch is spread-betters altering their positions.
