The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
@Vii, Messaging you here as you're more likely to see it.
I'm still hoping to walk round Tungsten West next week on one of these site visits. Probably Tues or Friday. If I manage it I'll report any findings on that BB.
Busy week so I can only really fit one in - even then it will be dependent on work commitments.
I notice from the application form that Cornish Metals is already fully booked out, as is Cornish Lithium and Wardell Armstrong's lab.
Did you manage to book on one of these? If not you may be too late.

BTW if you are still following the S.A. REE project - some interesting developments there this week.
^^ Sorry CUSN investors for all the blatant cross ramps. ^^
A reminder of a bit of social media from 8 months back. (sorry posted this several times)

Referring to the graphic... Phal and now Uberaba fit the plan. Each project is standalone for either selling as a turnkey asset , JV or financed to production. Hence the DFS on phal and the PEA on Uberaba.
The potential here is very exciting longer term. AIMO

Very nice. Wasn't expecting this.
Another duck joins the line.
Fantastic news indeed.

.... 13th Sept. Hopefully this will put a bit of life back into ciz and break us out of the 2p grind sideways.
If nothing else it should derisk the finances for a bit. 🙏.
Just trying to add a bit of positivity. Lot of doom merchants about recently when nothing has actually changed (as far as I can tell any rate)

# Lang's Still in.
@fulmar 11.40.
Came across this earlier. Nothing on RBW but mentions Techmet. An interesting read.

@SP - there's also the PEA on Brazil to come at some point.
Another good interview - to me G seems fairly convinced that K-Tech are going to deliver positive results in a few months time (he only mentioned it three times as if it's a fait accompli). Focus seems to be on US backing for the back end process. Makes a lot of sense geographically with Mosaic in the wings. The front end setup looking scalable and fairly easy to replicate close to Uberaba.

GB - "Correct, we've got a lot more positive news flow to come, and hopefully we will start drawing the intention of US investors now..."
Looks like another 12 months or so till we get to full production - finance permitting. Ducks starting to line up nicely here though IMO.
Good luck all

Morning all.
Beautiful. This is awesome news. I recall George saying this alone derisks the company.
ATB LB
@Shouston - these could be CFD swaps. Normally appear in 3's - same value with same time stamp. 2 +ve and 1 -ve.
Typical to see two of them appear delayed a day later.
There was a blackout yesterday afternoon on all LSE trade data (not just copl) so the 15:38 isn't visible. As you have L2 you might want to check if the 08:04 one for 500k is there in yesterdays figures. If it is then you have your treble and my hunch is spread-betters altering their positions.
ATB LB
@dv - scroll back a bit in this chat to my post on the 29th.
This news was actually published on the 23rd. No one (including me) noticed the delay until Joe mentioned it last night. The info is buried in the SEC filings page on Murphy Canyon's website.
IMO this 6 day delay is no biggie. Main takeaway is the merger is still very much on and happening.

Good spot - 6 day delay. Explains what was meant in the 425:- prospectus amendment and the changes to the proxy card. I didn't notice this date change when I looked a few days ago but it is there in black and white.
Thanks for posting.

A RBW LinkedIn post with a reference to a youtube vid today also.
"Rare Earths are used in magnets that are "used in everything from iPhones to Teslas, and Beijing has as dominating hand over them." - Reuters
#Rareearths are critical to the #greenenergytransition, and many countries around the world are looking to build a Western supply chain. This video by Reuters explains the significance of these minerals for our future."

Murphy submitted new SEC docs last week - 23rd August. Didn't see it discussed here.
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=1896212
The main form highlights the changes :-
1) provides an Amended and Restated Notice of Special Meeting of Stockholders;
2) revises the order of the subproposals relating to approval of amendments...
3) provides a revised proxy card...
It goes on to state :-
"Other than the above-described amendments, which are set forth in detail within the Prospectus Supplement to the Prospectus, the revisions do not alter any other aspects of the Prospectus. "
So it looks like final dotting and crossing of i's and t's.
Fingers crossed.

Morning all. Spotted a couple of posts regarding WTP and dewatering. Must be getting close to switch on.

@Saxon, No nothing back yet. I'm a bit busy today but I'll try and give them another nudge over the weekend.
What I found interesting in Jaygee's video (at 01:00 in) is that he has independently arrived at the exact same overlay of the boundary as I had in photoshop. I suspect Jaygee has matched the two sources of data based on the shape of the waterways. There are 4 distinctive bends in the rivers on EUA's diagram that match up perfectly with google earth data.
Overlay it and measure it with google maps measure tool and WK tip to tip is over 19km across.
If I hear anything back I'll post it up.

@BB
I looked into this Q/M business in some depth, back along. I matched the timeline of the communications in the court filings to the RNS news flow and prevailing SP.
That 'offer' was made to the claimants not once but twice, early July and mid August.
If you've not connected the dots.... this was just before the second JV raise. Not saying anything for certain but hypothetically (highly likely IMO) those other parties mentioned could have been the HCW 26p'ers.
Remember this from the JV funding RNS?
'After receiving a more sizable offer, the Directors have decided to limit the size of the Private Placement relative to the offer to minimise shareholder dilution and at the same time place the Company in a stronger position.'
If my conjecture my right.... Q would have walked off with up to £80m and M around £7.65m.
Prospects for a sale, sentiment, potential uplift etc were significantly better back then than today, so my guess is Q/M declined the offer, as they fancied their chances at a higher return on the basis they could reinstate their certificates.
Doohhh!
In hindsight I bet they wish they had taken it up now. A 26 bagger (having paid £0.01 for their holding). They could have bought back in with the proceeds on the open market.
Just my musings.
ATB LB
Sorry forgot to mention this.... There seems to be an error on the EUA website in relation to the WK license map. Scale bar is out by almost factor of 2.... But in a good way
https://www.eurasiamining.co.uk/operations/west-kytlim
I've checked 4 sources (Google maps, google earth pro, sentinel EO and Bing maps) and measured from the production camp to the confluence of the two rivers bottom left of the red license outline. It comes out at 7.5km as the crow flies. The map on the website makes it more like 4 km.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/1oZJjuZkBedziGQYA
What surprised me... If you measure from the production camp over to the left side of the Typyl boundary on Google maps it's a staggering 19.3km as the crow flies. It's a way bigger area than I originally thought.
Will email the Co to clarify / confirm if the above info is correct.
