What’s happened?

Big buy day today. Over 4.5x buys to sells. Looks like the market is finally appreciating what SIG has to offer. 2 weeks until the AGM, things are set to get exciting

A lot of fools selling - we’ve broken the 80p resistance by quite a bit. This will continue on the up until the June update

The only clueless one appears to be you, Mick. You've been preaching your strategy of selling, prior to impending doom, only to change 180 degrees at the 11th hour. I'll be holding my stake until I have reached a price level I am happy with. SIG has a fairly robust track record, with significant management/strategy moves taking shape. This is a longer term hold than I think you were hoping for.

Especially with NI shops opening today

That’s what I was thinking, although the Annual Report doesn’t require the full data set so would be beneficial for us all to have the update. Still due to breach covenants again, so the update would be useful

We typically see an Annual Report this week/next, wonder if these will be released? No mention of delaying this..

Mick, just some information for you with regards to the housing market. I, myself, work for the Berkeley Group and we are preparing to ramp up production significantly on affordable/social housing following increasing concerns of market stagnation over the next 5 years. You are right, there will be a boom (again), just not for a while. One companies prediction though, who really knows.

Buys have just overtaken sells this afternoon. Lets keep pushing this higher and try to break the 80p resistance level. Little by little.

Just bought back in at the dip - will let this build until our next trading update in June
