Doubt it's based solely on Oilman Jim. These guys usually do extensive background research engaging enquiry agents to dig deep. You don't sell shares short at 20p which have theoretical £1+ upside, unless you're 100% certain you're right.

The vast majority who watch these interviews are existing shareholders. They pass by 99% of investors.
