In the real world, Tony, no genuine institutional investor is going to own shares via a spread bet or CFD due to the additional counterparty risk and financing charges.

I think this is why more and more are starting to look at the Australian and Canadian markets, which have similar companies (usually at much lower market capitalisations) and much more effective regulation to protect investors.

What's happening on AIM now is more or less theft.

People are disillusioned and feel abused/deceived.

The least the BOD could do is throw shareholders a little hope with a gas show RNS (virtually all wells have these), but instead all they get are some photos of the CEO virtue signalling in Africa.
