If these drills fail without investors having had any chance of a pre spud run, HE1 simply won't be able to raise in sufficient size again and Sarah Cope will participate in yet another public company failure like AAOG.

Even if they lose at the end of the day, people have to have had a chance of making money. Absent that, no one is going to invest.

Announce a new drill and shareholders are out of the hole.
