That's right. What most people here don't get is that there is no dispute as to the presence of oil. The issue is can it be extracted commercially. The majors believe not, hence their lack of interest. That's why these land tracts can be picked up at minimum bid with no competition. Ideal for a stock promotion, but totally worthless for anyone actually in the oil industry.
