CHMX was down 23.81% on 29th June
Has anyone checked VAST website recently? I can’t remember them putting a picture of diamonds on the site and in the projects mentioning Zimbabwe as much as they do. I could be wrong. Any regular visitors to the site could they confirm or deny
The fact they have extended the option to buy 20% in the company until December 30th at 2p speaks volumes of which way the price is heading
There was an article I found that was about the two companies that were mining the fields that the ARC had the rights to 300000 carats of diamonds were confiscated and held by the RBZ . The one in particular that was mine our original field diamond value held in the RBZ was $31mill in 2017. The split works well for 129000 carats as the remaining value of the diamonds in the other company was $52mill ( these are approximately as I can’t remember off the top of my head)
Once the company progresses through the final stages of recovering the parcel, Vast will be able to refocus on other opportunities in Zimbabwe. These include the commencement of the joint venture mining agreement on the Community Diamond Concession, Chiadzwa, in the Marange Diamond Fields.
If Mercuria want to buy 20% of the company at 2p a share this is where the placing shares will go as they have up to the next agm to do this. At 2p as share things must be looking good if the share price is where it is and they are willing to pay 2p. This is the only way they could get that amount of shares from
Projects in Romania and Zimbabwe 🤔
This one is from the last one. So they seem happy with that
In Zimbabwe, the Company is preparing for the release of its diamonds previously mined by the Company and preparing for their marketing. Upon the finalisation of the process the Company will recommence its focus on the finalisation of the mining agreement on the Community Diamond Concession in the Marange Diamond Fields.
Verified by nomad. So they must be happy this is still happening
ASI they have until the next agm to do the placing. Only if needed. The rns states this but if they have reached an agreement with the loan companies they must have proof that that the diamonds are on the way. Nowhere does it say they are placing next week. The general meeting is to give them the option ( if needed)
I know and realise this. That’s why I think part of the release of the diamonds is linked to the mining contract and investing back into the country and local area. They did say they had come to an understanding as part of the historic claim ( from the judge). I took it as though they still want the mining license ( which AP has said he will work on once the diamonds are released). To me they are all tied in. They get the diamonds if they invest .
Where does it say to cover projects in Augusta?
Just so I can read it’s context
Has to be a plus capstone actually holding the shares now

Another TR1
Thank you SS. I’ve had a quick read through the first one. But they have called in their shares. Why? So they can vote? Or because they now know something is happening? I take it they have been paying the interest for VAST. But to call them in now. If nothing is happening. If it is they are actually getting some material gains which I can understand
Ok what did they swap the shares for? It says cash.Where did the shares come from? The pool of shares are still the same? No extra shares made for this?
That’s the way I see it.
Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, announces that it has raised £978,967.40 gross through a placing (the ‘Placing’) of 212,819,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) at a price of 0.46p per Ordinary Share. The Placing was undertaken by the Company’s joint broker, Axis Capital Markets Ltd (‘Axis’).
If you take 180mill from the total at the price they were originally sold that’s way short of the total figure needed. So they must have bought more
I can’t get my head around it either. Why wait until now and the total sale price was £855k not the £900k + in the rns
