Vast are going to float a new company EMA which they own 100% . EMA own the blueberry mine in Romania. For paying the fee for placing of the company they will retain 10% stake in the mine and run and manage the mine. So if any further cots are needed EMA will raise the money and not VAST.

The net cash raised from the Placing will be used for working capital and to ensure the Company can meet its current corporate obligations both in Romania and at a corporate level. I was reading some old vast articles about ACR and them getting the diamonds confiscated. They actually had 300000 carats of diamonds taken from them. What happened to the other diamonds. I cannot find any news articles about this. Does that mean the government split has been taken and the remaining diamonds are solely VASTS?
