There could be a few reasons for the placebo effect. The standard of care treatment in mauritious was better than the care they previously had. There was so much ramping and articles saying this was going to be a new treatment that thepatients belived they were on lupuzor. Also the drop out rate in a small trial changed the readings, people dropping out who didnt benifit so down as non responders when they should have been included, which would have lowered the placebo effect. I think big pharma will have a idea that the placebo was high, thus if they compair lupuzor with the placebo on other lupus drugs that have a better view on if it works, then run another larger trial to prove this. I expect a deal, nothing like if the results had been conclusive, and when they are talking (NDA) on up to 10 companies this could take several months, especially if more than one company put in offers. All my iwn oppinion.

I didnt expect this to drift again, i am already overweight but now with immupharma stuck in the dumps untill news that may not come for a long while im wondering wether to swop more over to here. In my view we should get a rerating at some point this year, and it seems to go between 30 and 36 so at least a chance to make some money here before FDA approval.

For the follow on study, the people who have already benifited and have had possitive results should continue to do so. The ones taking placebo now know they are on lupuzor, so should have more people with good results from the drug, Plus all have the placebo effect so the total rate of responders should be higher than the ph3 trial.

Its a waiting game now, See if they can get more positive information out of the data. They are also in discussions, if they are willing to do a deal so that further trials can be undertaken. Also they will present the data and discuss with the FDA! The results were not much different from benalista, but higher placebo level. Perhaps the extention trial will show neat results as no placebo so everyone knows they are getting the drug. Not sure what the possibility is of running a further trial and limited rollout based on the fact of no side effects. But we will have to keep our money tied up for longer, and with the unknow not always easy to stick it out.

Ivy- ive got a question. Once submitted to the FDA you say 2 months then motif are notified if any thing is missing from the dossier. Then maximum of 6 months to get a responce from the FDA, is this correct or is the first 2 months part of the 6 months?

Its dissapointing to see the share price languishing at this level, but its a good point to take advantage and take a larger stake, within a year still , with the fast track we will still have the FDA acceptance (if all goes well) and then 10 years exclusivity. Nothing has change by the delay in submitting the dossier.

Yes good RNS but they are doing further evaluation to maximise the test, isnt it time we went for FDA approval and get some sales on the books?

We have the doomongers to try and get the price down lower, A slight delay in putting in the dossier is not the end of the world, i for one bought more today, and lowered my average price , i dont mind if the price is 30 or 25 p the important thing is we know it works, and getting FDA approval. Its immaterial the price now with approval we are going to be a hell of a lot higher, and a distribution deal, or takeout. These things take time, in a few months/ a year we will be sitting on a great investment.

I give up, first imm and now here, derampers and people basically talking *******s. Look at the facts. 2 ph 3 trials with good results. We are waiting for FDA submission and then 6 months before a answer which in all probability with be a acceptance. Now is not a time to sell it's a time to buy and sit and wait for approval. As for someone loosing 50k it's a windup why would anyone choose to sell now? And wish people would just discuss the pro's and con's of the investment case.

I can never believe that you can get a trade like that and yet no premium to the small trades, one for the friends of the mm in my opinion.

Just a question. My broker hasnt paid me the dividend as yet ( due 1 st February) i may have ticked the box for scrip, but not sure. Has other people already been paid or got scrip from that dividend. Thanks in advance

Has anyone any ideas why this continues to fall, is it just sentiment and not fundamentals , I was going to pick a few more up for the dividend but hesitant with the price falling.

Hi, im just reading back in the news, i looked at this share when recommended in the mail, a lng time ago and just revisited today, Am i right in thinking the fda will give approval just for the ovarian cancer? Would the device then be marketed and used just for this or any type of cancer, I read that the machines are been sold already, is that been used in combination with a biopsi, to speed up checking, Thanks for any help
