Just stumbled on your posts, I live in france but find the Uk is cheaper for meat and food in general. Fish is ridiculously expensive now in both.
As a builder, materials are more expensive in france too, I belive because they have high cotosations ( Equivalent NI) , so guess with Labour in power the UK prices will rise too.
