Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Looked bored at the AGM, too many peasants in front of him.
However any smelly stigma from the last week at Sound will infect any other AIM shares they are involved in.
Replying to Crudes reply to Trellis post, I wrote this deal was for Marco's benefit on Sunday night.
I get no satisfaction in being right as £90k down and not sold my golden tickets for the same amount.
What next for the Sound share holders, an even worse gamble without trust.
So far instead of a pay out, we have a pay cut, i.e. share drop.
Wanna bet Tuesday SP circa 3/3.5p drip drip.
This deal is for the benefit of Marco Continental not private investors here.
Am down 90% down to £10k today.
JP should keep the door open for better offers once other interested parties see how unpopular the JV and 9% issue has been received by us.
Kirk, It,s always useful for us to see your views to this latest development considering the contacts you have had in the past with JP but this latest plan has damned the share price and not what was expected.
Marco was at the AGM, has he lost out over this deal if voted through or profited with connections to joint venture!.
He keeps in the background reminds me of Dominik Cummings with hair.
Just seen the SP and RNS as missed last days LSE.
I was the last person to shake hands on the steps of the AGM with Parsons and he spoke of reassurance from the meeting AGM vote and news.
From 30p to 5p. on 300,000 shares.... bulls!!t.
Luckily I have property business income and assets. Am truly sorry for your investment here.
Just check other posters on Adfn, plus connections and history of your new c4 saviour. Sound, Echo, Coro price graphs not good viewing.
However will stay for the ride with a stop loss insitu.
3 cheers for the boss, onward and forward now.
I posted some worst nightmare scenario conjecture that was removed with regard to assets being sold or shifted to c4 or elsewhere.
Coincidentally Nuog recent Rns in respect of refinancing and loan from our dearly beloved corner stone investors, mentions that assets will be sold, hence shell company will acquire replacements. I wonder were from.
So long as my original value of shares here is not devalued might think this is better than going long of which i cant see happening.
Worst nightmare for LTH,ers. Coro/Saffron took over Italian Badile uncommercial duster assets. of which Sound holders received a few quid pay-out some while back.
Suppose Marco and companies new C4 investment in Nuog, contrived to buy or transfer the Sound assets for a pittance by letting the Sound share price collapse with no LE offer coming in.
Stranger things have happened in AIM. Marco cornerstone investors and J.P. wont be losing out whatever happens here. Perhaps time to hedge your bets and buy NUOG.
Have met amiable Kirk and others at presentations and hope he tops up bigtime on Monday if he sees the office staff booking Caribbean cruises after his social meeting.
However my gut feeling is I shall have a large capital tax loss to carry forward to the cemetery even at circa 30p average .
Been here since consolidation and Gerry Orbell. enjoy your sniping at each other gentlemen, most other boards are the same on LSE. at least Jez has introduced some wry humour here.
Really miss the old days of geological data from everyone, turns out it was all smoke and mirrors, same as Echo and Coro.
Well I agree with that, too any imponderables with Sound, my IOG shares are 75% up my SOU are 75% down. Could really do with some closure here to declare a tax gain or large loss on next tax return.
Gt. Yarmouth sunny but yesterday roads flooded everywhere.
