I rarely visit this board these days, but its reassuring to see the same old rubbish being posted! Now, some have commented on the fact we have been here before, and its true. However I think this time there is a big difference - with the sale of the loss making call centre activity all the indications are very positive and CPI can move to a sustainable profitable position in H2 this year.

I’m sick of AH and all his hype and self congratulatory behaviour. These results are yet another kick in the teeth for the shareholders.

Oh dear despite AH's desire to promote Capita as a company providing services of excellence to the public, they have just been referenced at PMQ time as offering dreadful service in their NI pension operations. Hardly the image AH is trying to portray.

Away down under at the moment, with limited it access. Have the results been posted yet?

Watched the presentations from AH and the FD and thought they presented well, factual data infused with forward planning and sensible understandable ideas of how to take the company forward. Often mentioned and AH is seeking an explanation from them as it pertains to historic at best and another independent company. Worth a watch and make your own opinions. Far better than the drivel from SK

Typical of good old CPI. An RNS release that doesn’t actually say anything and the price drops. The sentiment regarding this share is so negative, AH needs to turn up now and deliver some empirical evidence to prove the company is now going in the right direction, or it’s gonna continue like the bad old days of JL.

There will be no dividend until at least 2027. The more likely scenario will be a share buy back, for any spare cash that maybe floating around. Whilst the debt has been reduced, much of the proceeds from selling off elements of the business, and cost savings, have been used to bolster up R & D and the roll out of better and more efficient AI systems. Whilst the reporting will be of some interest on the 5th of August, I suspect that it will reaffirm that the company is on track with its previous projections. Assuming FCF is achieved by year end - thats when things may start to get interesting. The key this for me now is to see some decent contract wins and it would be good to see demonstrable positive activity in international operations - India, Europe and SA. All of this is only my opinion and like all the other PI's on this board, a lot of guesswork. Good luck to fellow long term suffer's.

Agreed and that is just slightly above the breakeven position for Schroders. Oasis buying in must be a good thing and clearly they see upside. Last two reporting episodes have been consistent with previous predictions and the jam will surely come next year when the company hits positive cash flow.

Hopefully the doom and gloom around the consolidation process hasn't come to fruition. Obviously the danger for larger downside is a possibility, but equally so, with some positive news there could be upside potential. Next few weeks should show some direction of travel, with hopefully a good trading update on the 17th of June.

@AdamWoodman - Adam can you please let me have some of the 'happy distortion juice' your on please! I only wish what you are saying was true. LOL

@ DARKBLUE - I saw this on Linked In as well - what a complete joke! AH is all woke and trying to show how super CPI is, except it isn't very super, and certainly not for the shareholders. I fed up with his sycophantic posts that give the impression it's one big cuddly love in between him and the 'great employees who are delivering such great work'. Never any mention of delivering value for the long suffering shareholders.

I for one am nervous re the outcome of the consolidation, as I think we maywell loose further value and the market cap goes down once it's transacted.

@Culley01 - I wish I could agree re Dividends, but I can't see any possibility of any dividend payments for at least two years. To be honest, I think a programme of share buys backs might be better for the longer term rather than dividends. But what do I know............Not a lot.
