The trial was a success when you consider the trial produced data and results. It’s just we do t know what that data and results show - positive or negative. I can bake a cake, it doesn’t mean it tastes nice.
Yea the whole ‘commercialisation talks’ is entirely misleading we’ve been lied to so far.
October 20th 'The Board of Vela is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement (the "Agreement") with St George Street Capital Limited ("SGS" or "St George Street"), whereby Vela has acquired an economic interest in the potential commercialisation of SGS's asset to treat individuals with diabetes who are suffering with COVID-19.'
My interpretation is that it is only proceeds as a direct result from the Arcadia trial
Fake news??? It’s on the SGS website
Might explain why SGS sold their shares, why the SP has crumbled and why it’s taken an age to provide any form of positive information regarding the trial - because there isn’t any.
I predict Jimmy will be silent for a while now.
What a ****er this has turned out to be. The document essentially contradicts all the RNS and news releases from Excalibur, SGS themselves and VELA. You can not polish a turd this big.
Has this not been posted yet?

Basically the trial was a bit of a dud
My main concern about consolidation is that it gives the share price further room to drop. However as listed below the SP is currently near or below NAV - therefore is the SP likely to drop post consolidation. Can this really go much lower considering NAV????
I notice the price rises after this trade which suggests it was a purchase. The actual transaction price however would suggest it could possibly be a sell.
Either way, this is a f*ucking joke. We’re below MCAP and the price still falls??? WTF is that about???
In my opinion the RNS was no better or worse than the September RNS. This weeks RNS told us the trial had completed and commercialisation talks were ongoing. This is nothing new, we were told this in Sept and that is still the case until we are told otherwise. Given how the SP reacted after the September RNS, i am hardly surprised the SP is where it is now.
