Very odd, they just don't want the share to rise - maybe there is something that will re-rate the share coming and they just want to pick up as many shares down here as possible before the rise. It didn't take much for it to almost double a couple of weeks ago on nothing.

Why on Earth would anyone agree to an all equity deal and take almost a billion shares if there's a chance the SP could be substantially lower when they come to sell - they must be confident/have been assured this isn't going to happen

But the fact that he's not and is still committed must surely tell you something - and this deal today makes another discounted placing impossible - she's basically raised at the current SP with a lock in period to prevent forward selling and they were happy to take all equity on that basis - it tells you something. They must have been assured of something big to be confident that there will be enough liquidity at a decent price to sell these shares in three month's time

Can't help thinking she MUST know something is coming with Thar very soon to take on this new project and it was just too good an opportunity to pass up - if she sells or gets a deal to fund Thar she can always consider a share buyback to reduce the dilution.

I know it's ridiculous the way they're manipulating this share - they drop it and drop it and still there's only scraps on offer! Something going on but considering there's been no forward selling I don't see how it can be a placing unless someone is taking all the stock.

Yep even though they are only meeting a small part of the costs of these massive projects, funding will be required at some point - we wait and see what they will be offered in terms of clean development funding for the green hydrogen and a sale or further JV with a big miner for the gold is a likely outcome. It does seem to me that if there's a placing it is going to sticky hands because there's been no forward selling at all this time. That would be very positive.

It does bother me that the company is so reluctant to market these projects - we've had an unexpected rise, the least they could do is a tiny bit of PR to keep the market interested!

Something odd going on - massive volume again this morning, a couple of tree shakes, as you say still very hard to buy and then completely shut down all afternoon - I think there's a large buy order being worked I've seen similar before - probably it will appear after hours today or early next week. Anyway extremely encouraging going forward that the market interest is back and big developments happening with Thar!

Great to see a lot of new people on the board, tbh I've filtered 90% of the people already here!

This company has always had the potential and just needed a slightly less incompetent and corrupt government to succeed. The provincial Sindh government has obviously had enough and seen a way to get things moving.

The Thar coal is worth $100s millions but even our remaining share of the gold values the company in the $10s millions and ever increasing with the gold price. And the green hydrogen $billion project and solar in Thar aligns us with the future.

The last time there was a placing the SP declined from around .1p to .07p with lots of forward selling before finally dropping to .035p placing price and below - this is totally different hardly a sell in two days and looking very strong

there seems to be a buzz developing around it again - big news coming from ****stan on a number of fronts soon imo, but whatever the reason it's ticking up on every small buy which means there's no shares around and a placing seems increasingly unlikely - funding from some source, either a strategic investor in the green hydrogen or a green finance grant seems likely
