Why would parris sell to haydale which is a minnow,i understand future growth,but historical debt paid by more shares and now this news im not so sure,but happy to be wrong,

Got a feeling this isnt going to turn out well for shareholders,hope im wrong,but am happy to listen to other shareholders point of view
