Its not just a delay its a capital raise as well at 8p,i suspect tek had some ideal from the roadshow feedbacks

And still nothing,buying momentum will slow down now,sells will be more common,company will have to rns,guess we will have to read that.so the only momentum now is whether salt gets huge sales.so glad im not in ,but will always look for a lower entry ,just makes me suspicious on why the raise and no ipo

At 4.30 pm still no news,so tomorrow will be the day to see if the price goes up or down,as the nasdeq is still open until 10.30pm,im left in limbo if guident fails in the next few days,then it will drop a bit,if guident passes then the sp will rise and i will have to pay more,goodluck everyone

So that means by about 3pm tomorrow i should know if we passed the ipo.if we fail the price will drop,if we pass the price will rise.is it possible tek know its not going to pass so thats why they raised money at 8p.or am i being silly,lime i said 3pm is the crucial time tomorrow

I bailed due to this,tomorrow is the last day to bail,if you believe it will go down,but my plus side is that i rode tek from 8 p to 11.66 then back down to 8.5 then out at 8.3p,so if it does float i can buy back and still be a winner

We have all them,i had one that lost 95% before 8am.i left shares for a few years after that

Sold at 12p instead it reached 17p,so i had to wait until it got back to 8p to jump back in again.

Yes thats right,not a huge trader i just live within my means,but to be fair i did get tek wrong on salt ipo,but every other time ive got things right,and have always done well,like i said if im wrong i can buy at my own leisure

Looked on nasdeq and still not priced,even with 11 new companies in the last 2 days,so with that fact ive sold at a little loss this time,but wozzer made a point that on 17th feb guident could go stale.and guess what the 16th feb is presidents day,so that means today is the last day to sell if it does go stale,if im wrong will buy more at another little loss

Hardly no sells in the last 2 days.which tells me people not interested in selling 8p shares for 8.22
