have posted way back, trading update to be good, aug,sept good, nov black fri sales go on dec,,,dec to be cracker jack,us and uk up this time.min guidance at least, could do far better.new revamp and new store roll out to dec, when this happens sales shoot mostly upwards.

headwinds ni will be mentioned, same for all retailers,jd top heavy with staff in week quiet times, trim 1 or 2 staff out per store possible, save ton money.

I did say uk not going to be good under the pretty ms Reeves for now,3/6 months, trouble ahead,

ive got jd in 90s good prices never sit on the fence, the ace in the pack jd will carry on to bounce.

jd sell items that no other stores can sell!

as I pointed out previous posts on here sports direct stores almost empty while jd in same shop mall jd is packed, so jd doing something correct!

next time when you out go in jd stores and ask customers why they rather shop jd,as opposed to almost empty sports direct stores!

Almost all stores work off a RRP OR MRP AND HIGHER AND MUCH HIGHER!! through out the year-and then splash 25,50,75,80% discounts,sales,across the windows, and through out stores, all year round.its send you mad, most not genuine sales, prices well and truly over hiked up to start with.scam is more of a polite word that I would use!

and most consumers fall for it!

my stepson girlfriend bought him £800 plus of cloths, trainers,never looked at price or on discount, just paid! ( her money ).

going some way back on these posts here, from across different parts country, almost every one states jd is busy, very busy, packed,and rammed,

its not like stores half empty, down to just a few customers, or even worse teetering empty ,like sports direct.then we would all be jumping up and downwind all having a big say how bad things looked.

9.30am Oxford st very quiet, lots stores closed today.

expect 7pc in online sales,expect half bn online today and1/4 bn high st today,,,no reason not to think jd online is not good also

im saying we hit min guidance jan 2025 good chance of better, why uk and us down last time every chance both be up come jan 2025,i like it.

Sunday 22nd dec,12pm cambs city centre ( grand arcade ) footfall very good, store very pleasantly surprised, bingo! very busy

1 staff point of entry

9 staff shop floor all busy needed every one of them today!

1 staff fitting room

5 checkouts very rear of store

5 staff all working 5 checkouts

que 15 customers long being topped up with customers all time.

staff polite and pleasant, without being stressed

well run store

no where near busy, and they had larger store with a upstairs

how many checkout tills, in stores not opened/cloosed?no feedback from staff, but I know not easy when staff busy?
