I sent Nice and Green an e-mail 1 week ago asking why Tiscali and Napster share the same Share name , i am guessing a mistake so may have doctored an old document ?? No reply back . GLA .

its the previous posts stating that the CLNs could go further into the year so past June ( which could happen ) , i am speculating that 2/3 have already been converted and i am hoping the last 1/3 will be taken this month , the fact it is a commercial/financial change if this does go past June would the board need to inform us buy RNS , but i guess we will need to wait for the accounts on the 30th ???? i just hope they can stick to one date and keep to the end of June !! imo good luck .

I understand we cant trust what is written and posted by the board but going by the financial statement Napster should have received 4.3m to date with the last installment in June . If this has changed would the board have a legal obligation to inform the investors by RNS , As before the only way i can see these funds not being needed is a huge increase in Napster/B2B turnover ??

On 8 February 2021, the Company announced that the Investor had agreed to subscribe for unsecured Convertible Loan Notes totalling £6.48 million to be issued over a 12-month period commencing February 2021.Today, Nice & Green has increased its commitment to £8m and accelerated the availability of funding to enable the Company to access the entire £8m commitment by the end of June 2021. To date the Company has already received funding of £1.54m under the existing arrangement, the balance of £6.46m will be advanced in 3 equal monthly instalments commencing April 2021. All other terms of the Convertible Loan Notes remain unchanged.

I dont think there is anything in the Naps name ?? but very interesting that N&G have invested over 25 million in 2 penny stocks that sit well together , good luck .

sorry and yes they have a 21m Euro dilution to soak up so you can see the drop ( we know a song about that ) :) N&G could end up a serious investor in the whole of the streaming business world wide ---------------
