Hi, PB has always had the stance that RMR won’t mine the land, they would do a joint venture if that was the only option, the theory here is to explore, find it, document it and sell up, I still think that will ultimately be the outcome, if they do decide to mine it, the only way to get it out is via Aplhamins route, so I just can see that Alphamin will be involved in some shape or form, I’m not sure if Alphamin and Stanvic get on or would be able to partner up, but Stanvic have the upper hand at the mo

The MRE will be the stone that sets us up, further growth will come from deeper holes, better tin more tonnage.

Alpha did 17,000 tons of tin , they had to shift a far bit of top soil to get that, our top soil is full of copper and zinc, so as someone said the copper and zinc pay for the mining, the profit 100% is in the tin, this means that we could have a less amount of tin but make lots of clear profit as effectively the mining of the tin is free.

Alphas mines are 3% and 2% the best and second best in the world, 6/7% of the worlds tin, if they mine ours and say produce 3% of the worlds tin, then they could have 10% then, they also have 2 areas they haven’t mined yet, so they still need to explore those areas and Alpha aren’t great explorers their best ones are sat at RMR, in a strange twist of fate, they could easily end up back at Alpha if the press the button and do a TO

Even with the blip we had from 0.43 down to 0.35, this is a price with no real data, so once we have that data in a true to life estimate alongside a tonnage and a cost to actually get it from the ground to ore we can sell, 100,000 tonnes isn’t a lot

What I find interesting from PB, is that he is saying that the Tin and Copper prices are great now but what will they be worth in a couple of years, that tell me that this land won’t be mined and dirt processed until maybe late 2026, clearly if we sell up, the buyer will want to crack on and get some money back asap. A road needs to be built and I think a figure was mentioned by PB sometime ago but I can’t think of the value and how long that would take , I would presume a road will take about 6 months ish in that area, so if we are sold late 2025, Jan-June 2026 a road is built, mining begins Aug 2026, processing starts Oct 2026 onwards….i just speculating there on a timeline.

So that would in a nutshell see us sold before the end of 2025, so give or take 12-14 weeks away

Nice posts but I think you are looking too deep into the production side. There won’t be a plant built at all, way too expensive and logistically a nightmare. What we will see, I’m 90% certain is that a road between Alphamin and the site will be built. This will allow access for the DC10 and the machines to mine the land, it will then be transported to the Alpha plant and run through their plant machinery and then transported on the road which is already in place. However, this is where it gets interesting, clearly Alpha will charge a comm to that processing….unless the own the land!, the Saudis are sat there cheque book in hand ready to pounce, except Stanvic, who know how to mine have a significant stake in RMR already, with probably more investment from them coming in to fund the second deeper drilling, they are firmly putting their feet under the table. A strategic move this month by moving onto the board by Stanvic, this was probably to control a little more and help with the technical aspect of the second drilling, what I see and makes the best deal all round, the Saudis will come in, probably want a 50/50 with Stanvic and RMR will sell up and move on and leave them to it, again Stanvic would have to offer up the 30% or maybe less to gain a 50% control, that probably won’t happen on an investment issue but on a joint TO, there could be a situation where Stanvic move in for the kill before the Saudis move in, then they sell on to the Saudis later?, who knows but what we have is a very good position where we have a very experienced mining company who own about 20% of us, a good chunk of land with the goodies already there plus more, a money backer who wants in and can fund the road, machines etc and a board/investors who will sell for the right price.

I’m fairly certain is we was all offered 1p-1.5p most would vote to sell and move on or sell and reinvest into Alphamin or Stanvic depending upon what happens there.

My own personal opinion is that the Saudis will make a move, they did have a conversation some time ago but it was way too early for them, Stanvic came in at that point and funded us, now are Stanvic going to make the first move before the Saudis?, I don’t know, I think it will end up a joint venture, Stanvic will mine it, the Saudis will process it and a road will be built between Alphamin and where we are.

No crystal ball but in my opinion that makes the most sense to all, everyone wins then

You are correct, I hold just a tad under having to report my holding, I’ve been here since the early pathfinder days, I’ve seen pretty much everything from this share and we have had over the years so real s**t holder who have tried and failed to influence the path of it, finally as we approach what I think is ‘pay dirt’ in terms of the MRE everyone who’s holding should make money, some will make some serious money but all in all most shareholders should make money, this is what it’s about, the long term belief that what we have is something good and special I don’t really see any other play that has what we have . Time will tell and we have around two weeks to wait, I wouldn’t have thought the MRE would be late and certainly my understanding is that it will be delivered on time in September.

Correct, disappointing we have dropped again this morning, was hoping for settling or at least a small rise , would love to know the thought of the board and what they see here, nothing to suggest that we aren’t on track or in the right direction, there’s obviously massive news still to come from the company in terms of the MRE and we still haven’t seen the geochem results yet, I suspect we aren’t far off MSA completing the MRE now and I would guess they are putting together the first presentation of what we have so far, I honestly can’t see anything than a rise when the MRE is released, interesting to see what the over burden is worth and how they calculate the value from mining, I’m suspecting this will be based on using the Alphamin plant on a commission basis

Ed, everyone can have an opinion, but to cut copy and paste info from the web means nothing in terms of RMR, this land we have hasn’t come close to 3% and I doubt it will unless the drilling goes super deep, what we have is good pocket and wide and deep ones at grades below 3%. If he is a long term holder then great, but he has posted on a RNS today which is ok, but we have had far worse RNS and he hasn’t posted on them, maybe today it was a real disappointment and he felt he needed to vent, all the RNS so far are all positive, we have found tin, we have found new discoveries, we hit copper / zinc where ever we go in good grades which means the over burden isn’t just dirt, we still need to get the ores from the dirt in the cheapest way as anyone who knows about mining will know those diggers and JCBs don’t run on fresh air and are costly, plus they have to get there in the middle of the jungle, this is where Alphamin will play a massive part as they have everything down the road, a road will be built and everything will be run through their plant either 100% by them or as a joint venture, what we are doing is working out how much we sell the land we have for and to whom, RMR won’t mine it I’m fairly sure on that, what I have seen today is that we haven’t had the interviews by PB which normally follow a RNS, I wonder why?

I’m sorry but I’m reading nothing into someone with 1 post, who clearly knows nothing about tin mining to say 3% plus!, wake up, there’s no tin mine on this planet that has those grades!, typical tin mine grades are 0.5 - 2% at best, yes there’s pockets of 3% plus but never long term, even alpha min next door aren’t operating at 3%, if your expecting 3% from our land, sell up and move on, that’s not going to happen, grades are good yes, but the amount you tin you have collective is the prize not just the grade. Move on….

Currently just under 0.38 to buy, has recovered slightly, main thing is not to panic, the RNS ( previous and more to come) are bonus ones, the MRE is the big one, looking at the fact on what has been reported before hand, we certainly have more than what the company is valued at, the tin is there but it’s interesting that our overburden is full of copper and zinc, so we won’t have much wastage, plus we are nearer the surface than down the road, I guess the the main thing is how much tin is there that we can safely estimate now, and what is yet to be found via deeper drilling, after all, this new section wasn’t expected at first now we have it and are including it, 2.7p as suggested by others is a fair bit down the road, 1p is achievable on what we have, it’s how MSA put the package together, the Saudis I’m sure will be sat their with cheque book in hand for a cheap deal, Stanvic won’t want to lose out so they will be there too, it’s 2 weeks to wait, I think they probably have the number now but are probably putting this together in the best way, no RNS has been negative always positive, yes I’m disappointed the price has dropped but it’s better than the 0.23 a month or so ago, I’d prefer to be over 0.40 going into the MRE but all I will say once the MRE lands we won’t be anywhere near 0.38 as we are today, it will be higher, much higher

Hi Ed, I remain stuck at 1p and believe the MRE we see us at that or close to that price, in order to fund the extra drilling PB speaks about then Stanvic will need to use their warrants or we need money, we don’t have the funds to do the drilling without more cash, doing it without investment could put a strain on cashflow which we don’t want, the MRE will certainly help and I’m sure Stanvic will fund the new drilling slots, after all it protects their investment and increases it at the same time.

Price is disappointing but we went from 0.23 to 0.43 on no RNS so I wouldn’t be too worried, I’m sure we will be back around 0.39 by end of play

I think people bought in recently and have jumped out on the first sign of a drop, this shows the short term holders can’t wait a few weeks and wanted instant profit, one RNS is never going to rocket the share, the MRE will do its job when it comes out in a couple of weeks, the long term holders here have seen the yo yo so many times it’s not unexpected, the share will drift back to 0.39 by the end of the day

Share price is bouncing all over, should settle and we should end up blue ( or up) for the day, no panic RNS takes a while to get round as this share isn’t that well known apart from to share holders so the news takes a while to filter through, I’ve learnt that over the years nothing in the share is straight away takes a while, I would think we will get 1 more RNS before the MRE.

Day traders cashing in not even 20M sold hardly anything , strange to drop 15% I bought some more at 0.43 this morning and might dip in again, RNS wouldn’t be far off and the MRE is just round the corner some will be here just for profit and move on, that’s their life and day work job

Seem to be sticking again, the RNS will help when it arrives, I would have thought we would have had it by now but nothing, it won’t be tomorrow no one likes an RNS Friday so into next week we go

This heading towards a breakout 0.5p

The lab has so many samples to work through as I under over 700 so it was never going to be quick, we may find that the deeper holes RNS lands and then one one or two days later the MRE lands, everything should happen in September so we are still on target, load up at below 0.5 as once the reports come out you won’t see that price again.

You can see the test buys every day, asking the market what’s its prepared to pay for the share, it’s been held back for a number of reasons, (1) the geochem result isn’t announced yet, if we have Germanium, then the share will jump massively, if we don’t it probably won’t move (2) the deep grades of Tin are due from the next strike, we have twice as much as originally thought, so the tonnage needs careful due diligence to place it right in the market (3) Stanvic will want in first, they have the 0.5 warrants to exercise which no doubt they will use pre 1p, or after (4) the Saudis are lining up a joint venture and will offer the road and the processing facilities on either a 100% sale or probably a 50/50 with Stanvic, all looks good for shareholders and this share will make massive news shortly.
