The previous directors have now been reported to a government body. I shall soon file a report to actionfraud also.
I didn't see Adrian Woodbine on the list of shareholders trying to form an EGM. From what I am aware he is a PI and holds 6% of the shares. Any thoughts?
Should email the TEA shareholders concert party and request legal action to be taken against the directors. teaholders@outlook.com

Oilfinder. I hope it was 88E that you put your hard earned into. I remember you mentioning it. If so, congratulations.
No digs implied. It seems like a good company. However, no mention of placings (yet) along with what Ant has said. High barriers to entry for a 'private investor' This is why the TeathersApp is unique.
Have you heard anything from either the chairman or NED?
I am yet to message our CEO/NED. If three options were truly available. I can see this potentially ending reasonably well. We have proved the technology works. People who have used to software to purchase into IPOs and especially Placings have had no problems. I mean.. An american investing firm would pick this up for $5M no questioms asked. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Because they wanted a business model sinilar to Metal Tiger Resources. Background cash from app fueling investemnts. Making investments increases rapport with brokers. More likely to get further offerins through the TEA app
TFSL are said to take around 10% of the money going through the app as a fee*
Even with a moderate user base.. 2 placings/IPO's a week can easily be filled at £50,000 a piece. That's £5.2m going through the app each year. Without considering other brokers etc... TFSL are said to take around 10% of the apps allocation. This is not accounting for background growth and further markets. You can see the earning potential.
The worst comes. Like Ant is saying, I believe the TEA app to have significant value. I personally can see circa. £4m being paid.
Nice to see.
Agreed. My holding has remained the same. Was tempted to do as you had and sell out in April. However, decided to stay in thinking that everything they have now organised was already in place. Interesting Peel Hunt still believe this to be worth something. They normally make good decisions. I am sure that this will be huge and revolutionary if given the correct attention and work.
I know you sold out at a fantastic time last year. Just wandering, are you dunking back into TEA again?
This seems appropriate.
Of Shard Capital's stockbroking page. "In our experience one of the biggest frustrations for private investors when dealing within the Alternative Investment Market, is that they are restricted from investing in fundraisings, which often take place at significant discount to the prevailing market price. With this in mind we allow our clients (where suitable) to participate directly in smaller company fundraisings ordinarily reserved for institutional investors, at institutional prices. Not only does this level the playing field, but can also offer tax advantages." Could well imply that they are trying to keep this to themselves? With regards to an RTO etc.. Or standard TO of Teathers financial?
I signed up as it required no financial details etc.. To onboard. Just a brief background assessment. I did this primarily to get a taste of how everything worked and it's nice to see the level of demand for each IPO/Placing. Very positive to see that we were fully funded in around 12 hours.
