Reached 79.46p on xd (+1.22p) = 80.68p - Pre SC decision
stateside adr 4.39 - with Cable at 1.33 = 82.5p per share
Words from FCA to come.
From the buyback point of view, double the money now needed to purchase each share from the period when 15% total shareholder returns were available - would have been happy, as I said at the time for a 40p or lower share price to remain, so long as the forward looking fundamentals did not change. The market has since caught up with those fundamentals.
I believe you have lost the plot - there was no control over what an average share price would be apart from what gamblers were prepared to pay. There is nothing to read into what price shares have been acquired for. Many shares were acquired at 20p 30p 40p etc. They also are also NO MARKER for a future price
''They will probably wait for some good news to lift the share price and then convert, make 5-10 times profit instead of 250% at the moment. If they rush, the price will be destroyed and they will get much less.''
they won't be holding onto any for a long period of time with a loss making company with current TNAV at about 2p.
As I have always said, the amount of profits that they make is determined by how much the gamblers/dreamers/clueless are prepared to hand over to them
