it doesn't bother me have they decide on bonus levels and the factors, but anyone interested can easily look it up the workings at the lloyds remuneration committee

share price can be in the mix along with many other factors when it comes to executive bonuses, but it is not a main driver.

He has a fixed share award of about £1 million as part of his remuneration and awards to replace those that he would have got at HSBC had he not taken the Lloyds job.
