A while back I said 50/50 chance then moved to an 80% chance, then I mentioned retail sales could possibly have taken a few percent points off, but at this moment in time I would be more surprised if they didn't double the base rate.

Meaning NO IT WAS NO A SURPRISE.
If it's not a complete surprise then the share price will fluctuate as any other day dependant
on a number of factors.
For example Cable dropped from a intraday high 1.3628 to a low of 1.3536 - currently off of the lows

The property market after many years of 'free money' has got well out of sync in with salaries. Interest rate increases is what are needed to have any chance of getting ratios back to nearer to historic levels in the coming years.

Lol. No mate. I bought in 142,000 shs at 34p perhaps a year ago. Having bought Barclays at 1.06p and sold at 1.9

Even though fantasy, it still isn't a £100k worth, and why not a single post in a whole year following, and now many hundreds in a month. Barclays posts?

I think I will carry on operating in the same way - buy low, sell higher (most posted) ,
