I don't think you have been paying attention. I have many times said i am not bothered about a stock falling in price if the fundamentals have remained the same - is i choose to do so I would purchase more.
as for penny pinching, again not paying attention. A while back some on here (maybe A1 being one of them) when the share price was at about 32-33p (on the rise) were waiting to buy on another fall back below 30p. I posted at least a couple of times that in the long run that it wouldn't make much difference paying 2 or 3p more.
Again recently with A1 and maybe one or two others - waiting for the 44p gap to purchase.
I posted also at least a couple of times that potentials gains could be lost waiting for a gap.
No purchase made even though a price was available a little above the gap.
So I advise you to pay attention.

Why would Andy allow a photo if he was going to do something illegal with her.

I normally have a rough figure in mind for decreasing my holding and will stick to it regardless of momentum or whether i think it is still cheap. - last sale -

I personally am in no hurry for the Lloyds share price to 'perform' positively on top of the performance from 24p, as I would like to get the ball rolling on buy backs at very attractive prices.
Others of course would want to reach a buying in price or a selling level that they are looking for asap.
