The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
An ed and alfresco brainstorming session……the ultimate storm in a tea cup!
SEED Innovations (SEED) the AIM-quoted company investment company, providing shareholders with exposure to early-stage health, wellness and medical cannabis companies to which, in normal circumstances, they have limited access to, is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its board with the appointment of Mr. Alfredo Pascual as Executive Director, effective 1 September 2023. SEED said it was thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Alfredo to its Board. Beyond his cannabis industry expertise, Alfredo’s analysis has proven extremely valuable in the implementation of its investment strategy. Alfredo is currently a Level III candidate in the CFA Program, adding an extra layer of value to the board and shareholders alike as it remains committed to its investment policy of disruptive growth opportunities.
Comment: Shares of SEED have finally started to turn around in recent weeks, finding good support above 2p, and chart wise looking to head to 3p over coming weeks. The arrive of Mr Pascual, apparently is something of a high flyer (Level III, CFA), could help this recovery along.

Maybe Ed can set up a pot stock, use the remaining scraps of leap to earn himself another few bob off the back of us shareholders

Guessing the trade at 17:08:05 was a convertible.
Has anybody been keeping a tally of how many are left?

Its an absolute clusterfeck, on aim you need a hopes and dream story: lithium in Africa, helium in Tanzania, an oil find, a cure for a deadly disease - if you don’t have that get rich quick story that aim addicts can get behind then you need good management.
We have neither!
Just like Chris H came and went I notice we have some handles on twitter trying their luck, (best of luck, anyone making a profit in these markets deserves a pat on the back) but inevitably ed will let them down and they’ll move on. That’s partly why we can never get any volume/traction coz the cabbage has zero credibility, the market sees him for what he is a wannabe arthur daily
Or cut out the middle man and I’ll give you Ed reply to whichever question…..
I really believe that the markets are not valuing seed where it should be, I really believe that o think the share price should be much much higher than it is today.
Unfortunately, I am pregnant with information that, believe me, I wish I didn’t have right now, coz I would take that opportunity, and potential shareholders don’t know how lucky they are, to buy as many shares as I can but I can’t.
Alfresco has said he would like to think about buying shares and I truly truly believe he will think about think about buying shares coz the shares are so cheap, I think it’s Co Ukraine that the market doesn’t value seed where I believe it should be, I think £50 million is easily achievable in the very very near future, I would like to tell you more but let’s just shall we say if I wasn’t inside I’d be buying share right now.
Cash reserves? I’m glad you asked, I am very happy with what is there.

Unfortunately our plonker ed isn’t half as effective in the fund game as JRM…
Former business secretary and staunch Brexiter Jacob Rees-Mogg will receive about £500,000 in annual dividends from his stake in Somerset Capital Management, the investment fund he co-founded in 2007.

We are all bonkers to still hold SEED and not to have requisitioned a GM to chuck him out -difficult though this is.
AIM is a rigged game, if Ed was feeling the heat he take seed private or resign…..after draining the till.

Morning fatman,
No sugar coating it, been a car crash.
Did really well with covid related stocks: orph, skin, odx as well as dddd and $uuuu
Then, reentered 4d (delisted) and sitting on losses with gun (a low market cap, doesnt mean it cant go lower), mush (the CA ramp crew failed to deliver), ecr (ceo popped his clogs), 888, boom, some pink sheets stocks and on top of all that my best performers goviex and global atomic have been taken to the woodshed as they are based in Niger.
Apart from a few trades on boil and averaging down on boom and this pos I haven’t done much this year. I’m in Dublin, property prices are through the roof but there are constantly help adverts on media for people who cant meet mortgage payments or who are behind in energy bills.
Of course everything goes in cycles but I’m happy to fit on my hands……probably coz if no fingers left from trying to catch falling knives
