Few don't know that Wolf, and many other salient factors. The obvious (yours) is good - but what's more relevant is the plans of the major players involved.

Highly probable that the principals - Canmax, Roach, Prem, Hill, Glencore etc. - are/were in close talks, after this stage of the testing concluded.

Impossible to predict the outcome (except by warriors/now gone!), because all have their individual agendas. Analysts think shareholders will get a result!!
