George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Wow, to think that this was once BCP and the hope they were selling 18 months ago. The BOD have always seemed to me to be an utter pile of ?? that are only interested in lining their own pockets, and now that has come to fruition. SP totally collapsed, time to close up shop.
This company has come a long way since this time last year when it was BPC and the hype train was running full steam! Unfortunately the way it's gone is unreservedly the wrong way. I feel sorry for anyone still involved in this utter shambles, glad I got out at 3.5p last November, I could see this BOD where sheistyers.
DND2136 "the shorters are winning now" behave mate, this share is one of the biggest dogs ever listed, with a DIRE bod who have only ever feathered their own nest, it's over for this share. Well, to be honest it was over a few months ago when they diluted the hell out of it for their own gain, the drill was only ever a wildcat and it being a duster was the final nail in the coffin.
*feel
What a god awful share this has been. Few sorry for any holders still.
It's been a while, can anyone fill me in on the recent drop? Thought folks in here were talking about 1p + soon?
Is this a joke? Have you read my previous comments? I wouldn't advise someone I didn't like to invest here, you may as well just throw your money away, this share has been decimated and most of the old LTH have left I imagine after seeing their shares diluted to high heaven this last 6 months. This is the dog of all dogs as far as dog shares go. Do not buy this crap.
Buy like crazy this is going to the moon !
Holeee**** people have lost their minds on here ???????
No I sold recently, I see them sat as they are now with a BOD draining the remaining funds and trying to drum up interest in far fetched projects that won't benefit anyone but themselves. Sorry to be so negative but when you look at how the BOD destroyed shareholders value in the last 4 months I'd not ever trust them again.
There's no farm in to be had here, the smart play (if) a major was interested is just to wait for the licences expire then buy them. Why on earth would the want to effectively take on a company made up of people who just drawing a wage and have done so for over 10trs now with nothing to show for it? Add in the fact that drilling i the pristine waters of the Bahamas optically looks awful and any issues could be horrific and I think it's clear to see that drilling in the Bahamas is an extremely bad play especially when considering this well was a duster.
Star child,
What an awful post, "there is no room for a spectacular fall" this share is 0.5p to buy when 12 months ago it was 6p, there is no room for a spectacular fall because it's happened and add into that the best prospect they had has been drilled and it's a duster. You're a clown mate.
Absolutely, they knew, like many others would have known.
Bpc will just be parked in the filing cabinet where it belongs until the money runs out and they can close it as a tax write off.
Have a word with yourself, ALL of the money from oil production would flow away from the islands bar a tiny percentage that would be spent on ugly infrastructure to assist transportation, an influx of rude overseas oil workers would take over select parts of the the islands, their only interest being drinking and shagging and the occasional fight. And currently pristine waters would be under constant threat of destruction all the while being polluted by extra marine transport.
Chance your arm at what? There's nothing here, BPC is just a shell now.
Why majors don't farm in to wildcat spuds like this, can you imagine a major now having to go back to their board and shareholders and justify the wasted cash, and future cash drain having a company like BPC on the book would be.
Username checks out, I assume it's where you get your info?
Behave, we all know all but the tiniest bit of money from any oil production would have flown away from the Bahamas and their people, it's a pristine natural area that will now thankfully remain that way. Anyone who is even remotely pretending to feel sorry for the Bahamians is just kidding themselves.
Of course it was!! This is the stock market- the most corrupt place in the business ?? Surely that is common knowledge? Just because they sound posh and wear suits don't be fooled - this is all about backhanders and inside info.
But the writing was on the wall when they diluted and exercised all those options, they are financially secure and the PI's can carry the can. It was always a gamble though so no one can say otherwise. All the best to everyone here.
