A few peak hours here and there this week but the general trend on both sides of the pond is that volume is sliding down this week.... why do you think that is? People simply not buying because the warrants etc, or the btc crash last weekend spooked them, or do we think the profile of the stock holders has changed?

If ITTMBC is right, maybe a lot of shares are now locked away for months in institutionally sticky hands... what are the pros and cons of that? Could that lack of volume actually hinder our chances of a quick run up to Nasdaq trigger levels?

Too complicated to explain Tommy but worth a 5 minute google. It’s the only even small grey cloud on the horizon.... once that hopefully passes I think it will help

The way that’s phrased makes me think we could actually apply before hitting $2 and then just get approval once there target has been hit..... interesting and potentially encouraging

From what I can tell, we’d target the Capital Market initially, the third tier I guess, where you can use a combination of standard requirements to meet the entry criteria... Equity Standard, Net Income Standard and Market Value of listed securities Standard.... it’s that last one which has an option of a $2 close -if you meet one of three extra criteria, one of which is $5m in tangible net assets, which hopefully our HODL satisfies....

Tether lawsuit is an irritant to say the least. I feel like if we can get past that with positive news then a lot of tension will dissipate and more money will flow into crypto. People acting like it’ll be another Mt Gox but seemingly they have hundreds of thousands of pages of supporting evidence so.....we’ll see

I certainly agree with the suggestion it would be cruel and unfair on those LTH who aren't able to convert their holdings. Only time will tell if London will embrace the crypto space as much as the company needs them to

Just looking at #GAN / $GAN who did this last year.... went from 20p to £2.20 in two years then jumped to Nasdaq, binned the LSE and now priced at $25 just 8 months later.... they gave LSE holders a ratio of 4/1.

$arbkf opened on Monday at 1.15 and was at 1.40 24 hours ago....... this whole share is incredibly streaky. It's the nature of the beast.

Much easier to just do a share buyback :)

I get the TSX notion but I think that's synonymous with actual mining not crypto so I think he knows the nasdaq is where they need to be to be alongside peers. From everything I have seen they already meet the other 8 criteria, it's only the SP that's holding them up. You're right of course it might take longer to actually list, but we know they have the cash in the bank to pay the fee, which is usually the last step, it certainly was last week with the OTC. It just seems to sensible to not be the case.

Unrelated I've had an interesting discussion about the notion of delisting from the LSE should be get the nasdaq.... I must admit it does feel a little like a millstone around our neck at the moment.... something to mull over in the coming weeks I'm sure.

The fact he went in for OTC in October.... doesn't that suggest he'll be looking up already... if he wasn't before we even 'listed' on OTC. That market is definitely seen as having a stigma by the US guys on stocktwits, worse than AIM here....

They've done 6.5m in 4 hours mate.... better than yesterday.... plus a lot of these shares are going to institutions who won't be trading just sitting on them for months/years

It's had 13 rejections at getting back through it since it dropped back earlier on....

dpg we're on the QB as of yesterday.... maybe some brokers haven't caught up yet (that would be nice as means more volume to come) but we're definitely on there.

They really do hate the share issues..... plus the robinhood and webull traders can buy mara using voice recognition on their phones while playing Call of Duty.... despite the OTC upgrade it's still a hassle to seek out ARBKF. It'll take time but I do think the fuse has been lit...

Wol - don't disagree on the final point but they are only 35c away from $2 right now.... things could get interesting in the next few hours.... they jumped 20c in under an hour last night.

Realistically it seems we're taking the stairs not the lift.... so we'll close say 10-15% up on the day, the US will hopefully add 15-20% on their day tonight, we'll gap up in the morning, lose some of it, close higher than we do today though, the US will take it up again, we'll gap up on Monday, etc....

They do have a long weekend coming up though so they might get antsy about missing bitcoin rise over a long weekend and pile in tomorrow... who knows?

All depending on btc of course.....
